Believe me, I get it.
I’ve gone from having too many meetings with my team to canceling them all and back again.
I’ve tried all the formats and it took us a while to figure out what worked for us.
Now it’s something we train our high-level coaching clients in our Leverage program.
Just the other day my friend asked me about the format of our meetings so I thought I’d share that with you today.

Most meetings don't require a full hour. I too have shorter more focused meetings whenever I can. Great process.

Thanks for making this! Super helpful. Quick Q - do you ask you team members to put their weekly commitments in the google doc ahead of the mtg? Or do you find it better to leave it blank and then people write them down in the mtg? I think there must be a lot of benefit from having them written at some point so you can check the following week that they got done
