it's so necessary that we do therapy now for the betterment and to raise future generations in the right way. But to get access to the right people/therapists is they key.

A very odd thing the narrator said, "there's no cure for mental health. Of course there is! With hard work, an excellent counselor and God there can healing to the past memories. One of the keys as Levi alluded to is forgiveness. 100% essential. Don't give up anyone out there. There is hope. For me I didn't make any headway until I received Jesus in my life. Then the healing really began. All the best to you all..
