thanks for the video, one question if I want to upgrade ssd, I can use 2.5 inch ssd or M.2 Internal SSD right? is there a benefit of using M.2 Internal SSD? seems 2.5inch ssd is easier to add.

Yup, but if it's supports m.2 nvme, it's worth the added work to get that extra speed.

m.2 has a faster read/write speed than SATA connections for 2.5" SSD/HDDs. Usually, you'd want the operating system and programs installed on the m.2 SSD so the operating system and programs boot up faster, and use the 2.5" SSD/HDD as file storage, so as documents, music, pictures, videos, etc.

I installed a NVME SSD and put my OS on it. It came with a HDD which I use as my storage drive. If I swap the HDD with a SSD, do I need to do anything with the BIOS or partitioning?

Might want to delete all the partitions on the old drive and create a single one for storage.

If you're replacing the HDD with an SSD, you don't need to do anything in the BIOS. You just need to format the new drive so the operating system can read it. If you want to copy what you have from the HDD over to the SSD, you just need a USB to SATA adapter or USB external enclosure to hook the old drive to.
