Today we take you through a workout from our Hybrid Training Workout Plan. Today's workout is a chest and back strength workout and at the end of the workout we are also doing some running intervals on the Assault Fitness Air Runner. You can blend lifting and running into the same program and effectively build muscle as long as you have structure. Hybrid training is a great way to maximize your time in the gym to improve body composition as well as health but it can look so different for you depending on your current goals. You can have more emphasis on lifting as long as you have some conditioning or you can do more conditioning as long as you have some lifting in your program. The main thing with Hybrid Training is to have both strength and conditioning in your program in some capacity.
