No one diet will work for everyone and just because a diet isn’t sustainable for you doesn’t mean other people can’t. Adopting a keto or any other diet doesn’t mean you have to follow it 100% for the rest of your life, there’s always flexibility. You clearly don’t understand insulin resistance and should not be talking about it like you’re a doctor. You’re fitness trainers and should stay in your lane. You mentioned Dr. Norton, leave the nutrition talk to him and actual experts!
