No one diet will work for everyone and just because a diet isn’t sustainable for you doesn’t mean other people can’t. Adopting a keto or any other diet doesn’t mean you have to follow it 100% for the rest of your life, there’s always flexibility. You clearly don’t understand insulin resistance and should not be talking about it like you’re a doctor. You’re fitness trainers and should stay in your lane. You mentioned Dr. Norton, leave the nutrition talk to him and actual experts!

I'd say the biggest mistake I see in general is that people just slap some standard long type of runs in their conditioning training and call it a day. Running 2/3x a week in z2 is nice, but it won't really have any great overall effects. If you want to do the conditioning in your training, add it in properly: do your typical Norwegian split of 80/20, or at least once a week add a VO2Max session in your conditioning. In that same sense: get measured out, running in what you think is zone 2 because your apple watch has guessed it does absolutely nothing for people. Get measured out so you know what you're actually training.

@@jordanschaefferfitness yea, lower back specifically. I just did a set of light deadlifts or a set of back extensions before rowing and it was gone. Its simply the lower back being too weak for the movement to stabalise higher weights

First one bar doesn’t rest on the ground from Rep to rep. Second one it does for a split second. If you don’t have back pain either one is going to work for you.

Pendlay rows are a great variation to help take pressure off of your back during bent over rows. Just allow the bar to rest for a split second on each rep and keep your body rigid and braced throughout the entire set.
