Sibeh in-depth oh Sean, I also been doing a lot of site visit in Kota Kemuning area. Go until sien then able to gauge what's the facilities/amenities available and the feeling of the neighborhood there.

Yea, GRR is not really advisable because all those are priced into the selling price!!

Hi sean mind sharing how to gauge how much is needed to furnish up a place? One of the projects I visited is either a bare unit at 25k discount or partial furnish with kitchen cabinet+3 ac. Can share any reference please? Thanks so much

hi iherng..im currently risidental hunting.tqvm for some of the important tips shared.im lookin for own stay if im around in kl for work.my question might be sound akward n spooky but in reality do hv serious negative effect in value etc. not to be too superstitious..in uk its official legalise to find out if the unit r hunted or not as million of pound was effected to this n new owner r suffering big lose..can u share any tips how to know or avoid if its creepy or not..maybe u share via video online

Really appreciate your effort do all these videos. Last time I buy first property also sor ha sor ha follow the flow of the sales people. Link 2 area is actually not bad. But the condo cost a little high ... Any recommendation for around 400-500k? about 1000+ sq around that area.
