Over a year and a half ago (feels like a lifetime ago) I did another OMAD 30 day challenge while counting and restricting calories. On the final day of my challenge I moved apartments and lost the footage . . . until recently. Watching the old footage reminded me of how much I've grown mentally and improved my relationship with food. I've still got a long way to go but I'm proud of myself and I feel more confident and happy in my body and in my mind. I still fast intermittently and I'm learning that in longterm health compassion trumps perfection.
