As a fellow Mainer, next time you come up to Portland and want a nice walking path near the ocean, you should check out Mackworth Island (Portland/Falmouth border). It is beautiful. I have been following you for several years now and it is always such a delight when you post. You are so relatable and honest which is so hard to find these days where everything is so curated and unrealistic on social media. Thank you for being YOU!

I am going to start this today and keep on updating! Goal: lose 20-25 pounds. ( I also already go to the gym so that should help. ) Thursday, April 18th: Completed day 1! My mom made birria tacos but I only ate the meat inside so it was about 200-300 calories?Also did legs that day. Will try to eat only at about 5-6 with fasting. Friday, April 19th:

Yal no food is good or bad but if u wanne lose weight, it's important that u think about portions not cutting food away from ur life and never skip meals, and if u really want to lose weight, remember that u need to get more calories out then in

Such incredible landscapes! You look & seem so much better than your first videos when you did OMAD. You did the right thing changing your lifestyle. Your hair is cool!

I don't think OMAD is sustainable long term.. I weigh 160lbs (73kgs).. My best weight is 150lbs... Will stop eating junk .. Especially chocolate, biscuits, etc.. Will stop carbs..You need animal protein on a OMAD tbh...

We muslims fast each year for 30days, it’s a kind of meditation not only over food but our character as well it has deep spiritual meaning.

I started OMAD seriously last week. I had tried intermittent fasting before but l kept sliding back so for the last month l had been gradually cutting down until l adjusted to OMAD last week. It's essential to stay hydrated to avoid having headches and you feel full. Also sometimes when l get cravings especially when l see someone having chocolate or Cola l take a little walk or pretend to go to the bathroom to make myself busy. It helps

A lot of carnivores naturally eat 1 meal a day because the nutritional value is so high and the protein is filling.
@paulamanda25515 ай бұрын
Good job Rah!! I also had amazing results with OMAD, lost 15 lbs, tons of energy and did not feel hungry until about 4pm everyday. Everything went really well until i had a few tragic and stressful events happen all at the same time.. this was really inspirational to get back at it!

I'm currently on day 4 of omad and I feel really good 😁 I fasted for 21 hours and broke it at 3pm because I was feeling too hungry. One thing I learned is to not push it. Once your stomach is growling like crazy, break your fast so you don't feel like eating the whole kitchen later.

Congratulations! I know how you feel! It's so freeing, it's almost like you can breathe again, from stress and toxic work environments. I've been a nurse for 10 years and I've never been so happy to leave the scribs, stethoscope and lanyard behind. So happy for you!! Cheers❤
