Donna Summer’s classic duet I Believe (In You) has been remixed by Figo Sound for a new release. The track sees the Queen of Disco team up with Joe ‘Bean’ Esposito and was originally recorded for the star’s ‘lost’ ‘I’m a Rainbow’ album.
Now, a slimmed-down, 10-track version of the album is to be issued, featuring the tunes completely re-imagined by a host of international producers, including the new Figo Sound mix.
Junior Vasquez, Le Flex, Jean Tonique, Ladies On Mars and Oliver Nelson are among those who have also contributed to the release, which is due out October 8, 2021.
‘I’m A Rainbow - Recovered & Recoloured’ comes in A5 Mediabook CD and 2LP Clear Vinyl formats and is available to pre-order now.

@@srenjensen5735 The horns remix on youtube from years ago is very good. The original song wasnt very good.

Quality wise, vocally, the original is better because on this remix, the vocals don't sound as good. However, musically, this one is better in my opinion. Put this music with the vocal quality of the original version and we'd have a winner. At least, in my book:)

Great job !! This new version manages to make and "old obscure" song song relevant and very modern. I love how talented producers(Figo )can take a song and breathe new life into it. Great visuals as well ( smile)

Really good mix, however ruined with Donna's voice so echoed and in background, as opposed to Joe's voice so clear and upfront....🙄
