Thank you so much for this video, Keltie! At 29, I feel like my oldest - unhappy relationship, lost a lot of social connections (most of them toxic ones, but it still means more loneliness atm), stuck in a job I don't care for, ... I often feel like it's only downhill from here on and am missing the spark in my eyes from a few years ago. Always put the blame for these feelings on getting older, but after watching you beaming with energy and listening to your story, you just gave me hope! Yes, relying on youth obviously becomes more difficult with time, but that there are ways to live a cheerful, inspired, motivated, exciting, adventurous, and happy life! 🥹 Thank you.

Keltie, sister. I have never posted a comment on KZfaq ever. I am here today to tell you that I was brought to heart-tears watching this. You radiate. You glow with the glow of an integrated Woman. A woman who plays, trusts, fails, and blossoms and burrows with the seasons. It's just beautiful to me, because I remember watching your videos 5 years ago, when I was pushing myself in such a similar flavor to your work at that time. I felt in myself what it was like to be capital D depleted. But YEARNING for more. More peace, balance, nourishment. This video brought me to heart tears because it's so So SO damn good to see other women finding for themselves what that kind of life love energy feels like -- finally, thankfully, including myself. (praise, lawd) I wish you the absolute best in your giddily FUN life journey. I am SO excited to coexist and play alongside of you from afar! Here's to the ladies and people who choose joy and peace over the other thing. 🙏🏼🕊️❤️ With love, Sarah Love

I love using my red light mask, but hated trying to add it to my day on its own. I find the easiest way to do it is to keep it in my night stand and put it on as soon as I wake up (that way all my skin products from the previous night are absorbed), get up, start making my breakfast, coffee/tea, etc. Then the mask finishes and I can do the rest of my morning routine, feeling more awake and hopefully having more glowy, happy skin.

One of my favorite videos! It is nice to not feel alone. I too fell into the trap of not being social because I was tired but then being more tired. This weekend I intentionally text friends before hand to schedule something and booking a hot yoga class to be surrounded by those who enjoy the same thing as myself. It makes a big difference. Otherwise I’d stay home alone with a book and KZfaq. Keep up the work! It really shows in your videos. Thank you for what you do.

Love the way that you summarize the research. I know strength has a specific meaning for you from your bodybuilding days. And I think that's why you choose sculpt. I encourage you to really reconsider strength, particularly as you run more. It really is injury prevention. And the best current research we have says heavy is more protective than lightweight/high rep. Just something for you to explore. Really love this wrap up and I love how incredible you are at being an essentialist. One of your strengths the entire time is your ability to simplify complex things so they become doable, they become understandable.

I’m excited that you’re filling your day with the things you love. This is your life and I’m glad you’re living it for you. One idea I wanted to flag is the anti aging concept. I think it’s important to state that you’re not trying to halt aging but making it more graceful. When you’re fit, happy in mind and body and flexible, you age more gracefully and are able to continue to do things that you love for longer.

Hey! You're awesome! It's lovely to hear your thoughts and your drive and entusiasm is really contagious! I can relate a lot to your goals and life-ambitions in this video. Both training and also the social "saying hi to strangers in your day" part. I love to workout in outdoor gyms and I can often catch myself smiling after I've had just a short and very unspecial conversation with a stranger I might never meet again. Human interactions give me so much! It's nice to hear you express that too! :) And also to make eye contact! GOD! haha! I have since I was a kid always been looking up and making eye contact and I love to saying hi to people, but since I moved to Stockholm I've been thinking: "am I the only one that have this urge to look, say hi, and confirm peoples existence when I walk past them?!" My experience is the more crowded the easier it is to "turn off". In one year maybe 3 people have hi'ed me, while the other 100 times I have been the initiator. When I visited my parents in their small town however I got 2 hi's the first day! Also nice job with your posture! I like to remind myself that my body is filled with a candyfloss and that I don't want to compress it but give it as much space as possible. It also feels a bit fun to think I walking around carrying an imaginary candyfloss cloud in my body! :D Thanks for sharing your journey in this video and keep on living your best way!

Yet another very interesting video with a lot of relatable points, especially love your 2024 plan, it's something I've personally been thinking a lot about, because I'm the kind of person that wants to do still soooo many very different things (write a book, finish an ironman, make hip hop and synthwave music, just to name a few). You remind me of where I was a year ago. . In the best shape of my life, loads of energy etc. and I feel like I had been like that for several years. And it only took six months for it to all unravel. I went through a huge trauma a little over six months ago, and then my rent tripled, so my lifestyle had to completely change. I no longer have the time to do the stretching and the sculpting and the amount of zone two cardio and sprints because it will be cutting into either my time or grocery shopping for healthy foods… Something has to give. I’m working too much I’ve put on weight I’m completely exhausted all the time. I swapped outrunning for longer fasts but I just feel like they deplete me more as I don’t have any energy to exercise.

I recently stumbled upon your content and I am loving it more and more! I really appreciate your approach of trying all the things until you have gotten to what works for you, and in reality I believe that's what it's all about. It's the same with different diet and lifestyles. Everyone is unique and need to figure it out for themselves! Thank you condensing a lot of the info out there!

Love it! So glad you've found some balance and that it's bringing you more joy in content creation ☺ Been roaming the fitness side of social media for over 10 years I think and I'm happy to see more and more influencers advocate for a more "balance" approach to fitness. Now, it's not just LIFT HEAVY 6 TIMES PER WEEK or (the other extreme) ruin your knees on a treadmill everyday... Makes me think of what Abby Pollock does for instance. Part of my goals this year is definitely to be more consistent with every aspect of my fitness (been ignoring the stretch part lately and I feel OLD 😅)

There is something important with the pre/post photos. It’s the mental time travel to when that image was captured compared to the present. I’m noticing this is also the utility in the Journal app & Morning Pages. It is time, personally, for a Julia Cameron Revisit/reread [The Artist’s Way, Walking in this World, Finding Water, Vein of Water, Sound of Paper…] as another Before and after photo exercise. I was going through some old photos & came across a selfie next to the new Bush Stadium & St Louis Arch from a 2019 Swimming Convention. 🫠 So much change in just under half a decade.

Great video and great work. I have been working HARD on another "s" that Attia and Huberman are vocal about: sleep. Sleep probably isn't great youtube content, but it makes a world of difference.

@KeltieOConnor you really offer us a chance to make our own life better 😊. I started following the Huberman Lab because of you - and I won't ever be able to thank you enough! It is not just the wealth of knowledge: you led me to change from mindless scrolling to focus listening 😊! I added two more podcasts to my list today, as well as bought the book from Peter Attia you suggested. And what I appreciate the most is that this inspirations come from your own journey! You are my ultimate influencer and I will be forever grateful for what you share with us!
