Actually, peanut better is not recommanded before a run of anything containing a lot of fat cause it needs a longer time to be digested :) (from a dietitian)

I vibe with the review. But I do have to say it could use some more details to help put everything in perspective, imo. There were some _great_ points that were covered, such as the bass register being iffy and the portable size. And the uses the bassist delved into were also good to know. It's just that we're at point A, and he's at point B, and I can see where he's at but now I need to know how he got there from point A. For that, I'd need the finer details to tie it all together. Just to be sure, did he have an opinion regarding the different bass modeling tones and effects tones, or was that the part he couldn't get to?

I'm so proud of you for doing this, for stepping out of what's comfortable and working hard on it. I was a dancer for years and stopped due to body pressure and cost and seeing you do this makes me want to get back into dance!

Im not ready with my summer glow up yet, running out of time 😅, but this is honestly really motivating and really gentle yet life changing for finding yourself and fixing your hygiene a bit or entirely depends on the person 😂. Im absolutely grateful for this video. Self ❤ is key 🔑.

We did OTF hardcore for two years. My husband came first and I came in second for the Transformation Challenge. I loved it and it kick started our 5AM workout habit that has stuck 5 years later.

I started working out this year after a long break (university, job search, etc) and in my office there is a gym created by the founder of our company. Because it’s affordable I started to do bjj (ex judo student here) and after a little trauma I decided to try CrossFit because I felt that my body was weak after such a long break. Let me tell you… this was the best decision I have made! I have been working out for more than 3 months now and I often warm up on CrossFit before going to bjj. After another trauma relapse I fixed my problem with me left knee (left knee ligament microrupture) thanks to my amazing coach who is also really a beast in terms of sports (the living epitome of “working out” because he literally does everything plus he has a specialty in greco-Roman wrestling), strengthen my knee and other muscles. The main thing is that now because I train in the group it became really fun. Also I learned a lot from him and discovered that gym can be fun, and it’s fine when you train with muscular guys who are powerlifters while you’re shorter than their legs and lighter 😅). What can I recommend before starting CrossFit workout: 1. Stretch and warm up as many parts of your body as possible, especially if you have old trauma; 2. Use fitness roller to help recover from previous workouts; 3. Insert walking after workout because it will greatly impact the recovery process; 4. Sleep, drink water and rest as much as possible if you feel so; 5. Concentrate on joints mobility exercises (just in general because you will prevent trauma). And also remember that there are so many different types of exercises and disciplines that you can easily mix them up with CrossFit to make the whole thing more enjoyable 😊

This was awesome, brutal honesty is awesome. We as humans have lost touch with what is is to just be us...fake hair, fake tans, surgery, filters for pictures it's crazy...somehow we have to return to reality.

The leggings wedgie, thank you for calling that out!! And yes, boring workouts. That’s what everyone does. That’s how you can accurately track your progress. Creators make variations and show completely different workouts simply for content.
