Just stumbled across this video and you guys are great. You pronounced everything really well and I love that you even went for the sumac haha. The tomatoes are really the best part. @@ChimichongaSisters yesss please try Ghormeh sabzi and some kashk E bademjan as a side, ghormeh sabzi is a vegetable and lamb stew made with several herbs and kashk e bademjan is simply a delicious eggplant dip you guys are gonna love it

Koobideh kebab is greasy so u should sprinkle sumac on it in order to balance out the greasiness of koobideh kebab, we normally mix all together and eat them together, i mean smash the grilled tomato on the rice, chop the kebab in small pieces and eat all together, Persian food should be eaten with spoon and fork.

@@ChimichongaSisters Well thank you for asking! First of all we use both spoon and fork then we cut a bite size koobide put it in our spoon then scoop it into the rice so there will be both koobide and rice in our spoon while we put it in our mouths you could do the same with the roasted tomato!
