True. Absolution certainly had more of that cinematic feel to it at times, but there's still elements of it in WoA, although they're much more apparent in Absolution. Have a good one :)

I guess so. Although, considering its strange canonicity and pretty whacky story that they clearly wanted to follow up with a sequel but didn't due to the backlash they got kinda makes it hard for me to look at it as a spinoff, but I get what ya mean. Have a good one :)

Yeah, Absolution is an... interesting game, to put it lightly. But at least Absolution's mediocrity led them to create the WoA trilogy which is just top tier stuff. Have a good one :)

@@HittMadd Oh yes, Absolution had to happen for WoA to be the masterclass that it is. Some of its skeleton is in there, but with all of the feedback taken into account. The series is better for it having existed. It was just a rough time at the end of 2012 when a bunch of games I'd been looking forward to all disappointed me in quick succession in a few weeks, Rome 2, Halo 4, Hitman Absolution, Assassin's Creed 3 etc.

With all these game companies remaking their old games these days, IO could definitely remake their old titles and improve on them tenfold. I doubt it would ever happen, especially since they’re currently working on their Bond and Fantasy games, but maybe some day Have a good one :)
