I found the easiest way to make puff pastry with this recipe! It's incredibly easy and fast!

Materials
1 glass of milk (250ml)
1 tablespoon of yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
Half a teaspoon of oil
1 egg white (on the yolk)
1 teaspoon salt
4 glasses of flour (the amount may vary depending on the quality of the flour, add control)
To lubricate the dough
100 g butter or margarine

Пробовала этот рецепт, обычные сдобные булочки в форме круассанов. Тесто должно охлаждаться. Если масло и тесто теплое, масло впитывается в тесто. Без охлаждения никак. Но если устраивает сдобные булочки в форме круассанов,тогда пожалуйста

Doesn't seem she answers questions here, otherwise I would ask her. But it was now the second time I tried to make this and it just not happening. Not sure what could go wrong. Maybe the yeast they use is different?
