Dogs attack humans for no reason. You get attacked by a dog just for walking the streets. Then dog owners say "animal cruelty" because you're defending yourself from a dog. Damn dog owners are a disgrace. They don't defend our species. They defend other species.

Some of these dog owners will put their dog's life and well-being over the life of their kids it is clearly some type of mental illness.

I was getting litter and volunteering at Petco (cleaning the cat cages). While I was in line, a women’s dog came over and stuck it’s wet nose on the handle of my cat litter box and I shooed it away- I was even SIX feet away!! She got upset with ME! She told me not to disrespect her dog again. I have NO idea why Petco and Petsmart are allowing dogs in their stores still during this pandemic. No one knows exactly how dogs are able to be vehicles for the transmission of Covid.

Ever since living next door to an obnoxious neighbour who moved in and let his dog bark incessantly when he wasn’t home and when approached about it he said ‘what do you want me to do?’ I mean, really? Cats are OP and I will take a cat over a dog any day. Plus cats are usually smart and they know as an owner you are smart to so they treat you with the same respect as long as you take care of them, feed them and clean their litter. I’ve had my crotch sniffed by dogs. If a human did that, that would be sexual harassment. Even toddlers know not to touch someone’s privates. But if a dog does it “it’s curious”. Where I'm from... dogs are outdoor animals. They do some work in the farm like chasing the neighbor's pigs away when they try to eat vegetables in the farm. They also are used to catch a hen or a cock when chicken needs to be eaten. They never get inside the house, they are not petted everytime, they just lay on the grass outside during the day or on the veranda and sleep on the veranda or in the kennel. They eat what we eat... fish bones and other bones and soup. Basically good leftovers. No kissing, no hugs. They are healthy and they are disciplined. They know where to pee and poo(in a ditch in the farm) because ain't nobody collecting dog poop. Peace and blessings 👋🏾

It seems that about 90% of home owners on my street have dogs and it is hard to believe that there are that many lonely people out there. "Working dogs are okay like watch dogs, service dogs, hunting dogs, dope and explosive sniffing dogs,and etc. But why do people need to have dogs and why do they worship them so much? All they do is crap and bark, puke, and slobber all over the place! They are full of fleas, ticks, ringworm and shed hair everywhere! There is a good chance they will have canine brucellosis, and,capnocytophaga canimorsus (look it up). Think about how much pollution these things create. And don't give me that crap about the dogs mouth is cleaner then a humans. The dogs lick their butts eat their own poop, roll around in some dead thing in the backyard and then eat it and then kiss and lick your face! The first siren that went off or blank gun shot went off and the dog just went beserk! Yelping and barking and trying to run away the dog was so big you could put a saddle on it and ride it. Do you dog owners realize that Veterinarians are getting rich because they know that you are so attached and so emotional about your animals that they can charge you just about any amount of money they want to and know you will pay it. There are probably more Vets then there are human Doctors out there! Why do people and celebrities appear on tv and when interviewed they always have to mention that they have dogs and other pets at home? Is it some kind of status symbol? Do you dog owners realize that in some foreign countries dogs are considered as food? Do you know that all the money you spend on your animals for food and upkeep you could give that money to charity and give some child a chance to survive?

Where can I find a man like you in America? The west is so completely obsessed with pets (especially dogs) and as the daughter of immigrants I did not grow up that way. Pets in my culture are kept outside (usually in a dog house or barn) and they don’t sleep in bed with their owner, and a lot of white people think that’s cruelty! I got rid of my puppy after 5 months. The little shit was super entitled, a picky eater and always crying fro attention. I also realized after having an animal in my house for months, that it was just unnatural, it’s dirty and it’s not okay to have animals in the same roof as your family.

LOL I am in the process of selling my house because of dog loving inconsiderate neighbors who let their dogs bark all day and all night and they don't care about anyone but themselves and their dirty loud dogs! Recently I watched a crime documentary about the Luka Magnotta case. This pscho used to torture and kill kittens. Eventually like most serial killer he moved on to bigger prey and killed a innocent guy. The KZfaq comment section is filed with people feeling sad for the cats but not for the guy. Even though what Luka did to the guy is much worse than what he did to the kittens. I was shocked. I felt disgusted. I also once asked in social media in a life or death situation, who will they save, a human being or 50 dogs. Most of them said 50 dogs and some of them said depends on a lot of things. I was like are people losing their minds this days. What kind of sh*t is this? Long story but I guess I got traumatized by incessant dog barking when I lived in Thailand and I can’t stand barking now, but you hear it everywhere because, right, people value dogs more than my right to peace and quiet. Thank you for bringing this topic. My apartment complex is filled with dogs. Once a dog entered our apartment through front door! And last month i was attacked by an unleashed dog and now have a partial calf tear which i am still dealing with. The law is not doing anything because of Oregon's one bite law also because i didn't videotape the attack (i was busy running and saving myself). Its crazy how the law is made for the offender , definitely we know why. Pets are not a basic human right, so i think we should get rid of them and connect with humans more.

Think about it, if you truly loved dogs, you'd put them out of their misery due to the fact that they were breed to their own disadvantage (short legs, snuggled nose causing breathing problems) and kept as slaves for a long time. You are not the only one bro ....tbh I am not even ok with cats ...they almost have the same issues like dogs except for the fact that they don't bark like crazy....they leave cat hairs everywhere too...they also poop / pee sometimes and for some cats it's very difficult to manage / train ...so ultimately keeping an animal inside an appartment is not at all possible just because I find it very weird to intentionally keep my house or bed or kitchen dirty ..I just don't want to deal with this extra useless work... My gf suddenly wants to bring her dog and a new cat....my gf has always had just birds, and I always used to tell her I don't want to keep any other animal except for birds because their waste/dirt is manageable since almost the beginning of the relationship but now she says she is a changed person and would rather keep a dog than keep me in her life ....I seriously was moved like how that brainwashing happen?? ..but anyways I am rational and I have serious allergic rhinitis and she knows that and probabaly I will never be able to live with a large animal littering everywhere hence I am considering a break up...

I own dogs back home only for guardianship and i make sure they know their place for one purpose only. They will do as i say when i want it and not how they want it to be. And it really makes me laugh how many people dress their dogs for walk and carry them whenever they think its tired of walking. Like even if their as smart as a two year old, that's all they'll ever be and their still dogs even as i see them as more than pets. I will never trust my dogs with my younger siblings because I absolutely don't mind giving these "food seeking" mongrels a lesson they'll never forget. According to dog lovers, dogs are aggressive with people they fear. Which seems to include anyone who knocks on the door. This results in them running at harmless people. But they will run away from people who are actually harmful. Running away from real harm makes sense. Running at falsely perceived harm makes no sense. Dog have been a problem longer than I've been alive.

I am a dog person and I have two. They are sweet and (sometimes) good boys🙈 But, I totally agree with you. Many people tend to humanize dogs. Like, I think it's not gonna happen. I hate when people say, "Dogs are better than human". In general, it's not! Well honestly, there's so many dog's behaviour that I hate. Stealing food (I mean "You have your own fuckin' food and I never forget to give it on-time and it's not fuckin' cute"), jumping or humping on guest(s), etc. Dogs are smelly? Yes! periodt. No matter how you bathe them, their smell always be there. And dogs (including one of my dogs) like to eat/roll on poops/trash and it's disgusting. As for me, even though cats sometimes are annoying, but they do not steal food, they are not smelly, they are clean and they do know their owner's private space. If my hand get licked by a cat, I feel like I don't need to wash it. BUT dogs, everytime my dogs lick me, I will definitely wash it and use hand-sanitizer. AND, Dogs are so so needy. If we don't fulfill their needs (walking especially), they definitely will destroy anything. Plus, I wonder why most people over-pampered their dog (like overly celebrate their dog's birthday, I hate this one😂) My dogs are never relaxing or sleeping on the couch or my bed. From 5 AM - 9 PM I put them in the backyard and walk them for 2 hours + play with them for an hour. Maybe, it sounds cruel, but they don't have a huge comfy bed and always be eating outside. And, they have a special room so their smell don't spread all over the house. I love dogs anyway. But I couldn't lie, their natural behaviours are so annoying. All of this is so unbelievably true, dog nuts like this need serious help. You’re absolutely right about the problem always being dog owners. Every person I’ve met who absolutely loves a species other than stinky dogs are so much more reasonable and down to earth. Dog lovers are often the ones who appear to have severe mental issues, sucks that there are so many of them. Feels like an apocalypse of stupid.

dogs are also annoying AF and there are some nights i couldn't sleep without those howling mutts also they bark viscously even if i am 100 miles apart from a dumb mutt as if they wanna eat me. most dogs to me look very ugly and i think hound dogs are the most ugliest dogs ever.

I agree with you. Dog owners are increasingly becoming bad people, mostly due to their wrong priorities and degradation of their living arrangements. That is a consequence of their inability to think, using dogs for their narcissist personality problems, and being enabled by society. That reminds me: silence is not consent! Dog owners assume that silence is consent, which is why they have dog owner privilege.
