You are such a relatable person Ashley. I so enjoy hearing about your daily life. I am 59 and honestly, menopause stole my waistline, my skin elasticity and my brain capacity and my sanity😂You are actually a real example of how someone gets past it all. You look FAB. Losing weight can still be done, at any age, regardless of that change (which, 51, going thru it now). It's in the diet. GO GREEN SMOOTHIES🎉. Become a fruitarian w dash of ginger, coconut oil raw honey.... Oh yeah, yogurt Noose is best. This takes be will & self discipline, at 1st, it's a required taste starting off. But hey, you will lose weight. I go out in nature to pick mine in Ohio, but videos of all outdoor spots you go, there is plenty to be picking. Your energy level will improve. If you want it to feel like your 20's GO NETTLE SEED, NETTLE SEED, NETTLE SEED. ENERGY WILL SKYROCKET. DONT GO PHARMACY, GO FARM-ISEE.

The struggle is real 😮 I’m 59 with a severe back problem (degenerative back disease) It’s hard to walk so I don’t move around too much, I walk very slowly and I wish I could find something to do with sitting. You always encourage. Love seeing your girls they are loved 💕

I don't dye my hair anymore. I felt in my gut that it is not safe. Going grey naturally. 😀 But if you must, use the all natural dyes! They are out there and worth the added expens.

I was an LPN for 27 years and the bulk of my career was doing temp agency work. I preferred to only work for one company at a time so I strived to make myself indispensable to my company. I always took the last minute calls and I never cancelled a shift once I took it. My schedulers would call me first because they knew I would show up. It used to tick me off to no end when I found out nurses would cancel a shift just because they decided at the last minute they didn't want to work after all. I was a single Mom and needed every hour I could get. One time we arrived home from a Florida vacation and the phone was ringing when we walked in the door. It was the agency wanting me to go to work. I told the kids to get what they needed out of the car because I would be leaving in a few minutes to go to work. I always took the need for agencies very seriously because the facilities couldn't fill their own needs.

Great vlogg, the area around your sisters 'swamp" is idyllic, the trees and water look like a painting so beautiful. I fully understand the weight struggles, but I'm behind you all the way!! Take care love to you and your beautiful family ❤

You’re so right, Ashley. Going through hormone imbalance is definitely a struggle. Are you taking any medication/supplements? Exercise helps too. Feel better! Mika is so cute & such a great helper! That pasta looks yummy! Enjoy your day, Felts family! 😊

We lived in SC on Lake Marion. We had two dogs. One of them didn’t go into the lake unless we were playing with her. She walks just in the shallow water. We found her curled up on our deck bleeding. The vet said he was sure it was from an alligator attack. She had puncture wounds on her belly and back from the mouth of the gator. We were so thankful she got away. Alligators don’t usually bother anyone but there’s always an exception to the rule. They had a dog there, I hope there’s a barrier between the swamp and the yard. I’m sure there is.

This is Carol the physically lazy lady due to not great results with exercise, my weight gain was mussel mass which has now gone floppy, so i have now converted to aquacise /aqua gym i really love it, results leave a lot to be desired but i enjoy it and its getting me out of the house and meeting people who are like minded.

I just read The Pegan Diet by Dr Mark Hyman (celebrity doctor). Ashley this book s a game changer for me and I literally plan to buy it for Christmas 🎄 for everyone I love. Check it out. He talks about hormones, weight, inflammation, all the things! 🎉 it's so good I plan to buy the paper version (I listen to audible) as well! ❤

No mam. I do wish tho. I understand the concept of muscle mass to fat…. But this is purely fat. The high levels of estrogen is just storing everything as fat. 🙄 But I think I’m on the right path and seeing a difference the past month- so hopefully my levels are getting back in a healthy normal range.

LOL--no mam! They have a chain linked fence between their backyard and the bayou. ;)
