Great info! I’m 6’ tall and currently 220 lbs.. I’m pretty lean everywhere on my body besides my midsection… I have a San Diego trip at the end of May so I’m trying to shed this extra body fat. 200 lbs is my goal at 12% body fat

Very interesting video !! It’s my second week of work out !! Got 23% fat ! It’s been like over 10 years I try to get back to the gym ! I have 2 herniated disk and I’ve been doing a bunch of lumbago !! Now I have a 6 month that a can try to get back in shape !! Will see where this is going !! Unfortunately for now I can’t lift heavy weights! One day at the time and will see !!

Tesamorelin if you need to shred that visceral and belly fat. Ipamorelin and CJC work great too. I added it to my trt regimen with BPC 157/Thymosin Beta 4 and at 42 and a caddy that walks 3000 miles a year I’ve never felt so good or recovered so quickly. I feel better than when I was twenty. I was low at 25 years old only 325 ng/dl test and after a pituitary tumor removed I was sub 170 with free less than 2 pg/dl . I ripped through 85 lbs and went from 33 to 16% body fat. Go get checked. If you want to fall asleep well in an hour, bite maybe a third off of a 50mg zinc tab, or buy smaller tabs. 50 is too much and is actually toxic. At any rate, take a little zinc with plenty of water so your stomach doesn't get upset. Zinc interacts with serotonin and melatonin, and will make you sleepy. It's also essential in small amounts for testosterone production.

After my mom got stage 4 cancer and came home to me for me to caregiver for her, I suddenly developed insomnia. I spoke to a few homeopathic people and we finally settled on; 5mg of zinc, magnesium oil spray, and a SMALL piece of melatonin. 5mg makes me too groggy the next day. Anyway, that got me back on track and now I sleep like a baby!

Once up a time until 5 years ago; I weighed between 227 to 230 of sold muscle, excellent physique/health! Not at all trying to be a corny/fake human version of a Hallmark Sympathy card! After my late beloved Daughter and late beloved Wife went to Heaven. I went into Horrific Depression, which I am still dealing with. Ended up being Homeless durimg the 2020/2021 Pandemic Lockdown! I blew up to 301 pounds at 6"1 in height! Sugar is a Killer Weapon of the entire body; which I never realized because I was alway in shape, working out in the gym, boxing, swimming, and other physical work! Anyway; thank you so much for this video. I am in my mid 40s; and I will try one more time, not to give up! First he didn't lose 20lbs of fat, he lost MAYBE 10 max and lost 10lbs of water. In the pic on the left he is unflexed/relaxed/no pump and no tan. On the right, he is flexing, has a tan potentially a pump. He basically lost 5-6lbs the first week just from water, then another 3-4 the second week also from water, then just 2lbs a week, nothing special just caloric deficit that anyone can do.

I love hearing someone else have the same philosophy of rest days. I do the same thing. Workout until I feel my body tell me to hit a rest day. Usually happens after 6-8 days of workouts in a row.

Cortisol actually stimulates lipolysis, which initially causes fat to actually be broken down into fatty acids to be used as energy. But as every hormonal reaction, it's a negative feedback loop. Continuous high cortisol levels increase fat storage in turn, since it increases blood sugar levels aswell, in turn stimulating insulin release which is a big inhibitor of lipolysis. And then there's half a dozen other factors at play, but certainly not as simple as 'Cortisol = fat gain'

All you have to do to lose 20 pounds in a month is cut out carbs completely and do intermittent fasting coupled with some full body isometric and push-ups.

@@richardwildlife88-wj6kl eat lots of meat and eggs and whatever low carb vegetables you like. Don't worry about eating too much fat. The large insulin spike from eating carbs is what causes you to store the fat. No carbs means no significant insulin spikes. Do 100 push-ups every day and do front and back planks for a couple of minutes doing some squats or lunges as well would be a good idea. It definitely works. Especially if you only eat 2 meal a day within a 4 hour period.

I'm losing loads of fat just eating protein and green stuff. No carbs at all maybe a tiny bit of wholemeal rice. Nuts & apples and ZERO alcohol...maybe a gin if desperate with slimline tonic. Mini dark choc bars every other day or 3. Tired peanut butter on wholemeal toast ....easy.

I lost 37lbs in a month and 2 weeks. Never go pass 1000 calories. Walk 5-10+ miles a day. Bench. Dumbbells. Stomach vacuums. Maybe some leg press. 2:40am to 8pm. Feel great. 38lbs to go to reach 200.

Yes and? This is body building cycle info. You bulk and then cut. There's different ways to bulk and different ways to cut and the variety helps prevent plateau. If you're super fat, you should cut more frequently than you bulk. I've been as low as 200pounds and as big as 500 pounds. Learn all the methods and set your goals.

FYI... 14% body fat is not shredded. LOL. Letting yourself get to 20% bf ever because you are "dirty bulking" are the actions of an amateur.

I actually follow our species specific diet consisting of animal flesh and the associated fat around it. NO carbs!!! I got leaner than I ever thought possible by the age of 50. I do not count calories since it’s a bullshit metric of measurement where they burned food in a lab. We do not burn food, we metabolize food. Dont think of fast food as a cheat meal... think of fast food as rat poison, dont eat it all! Fk trying to get shredded and lose weight for a sec, fast food is literally not good for your body! If you're going to have a cheat meal, have something that is worth it, like some pizza or something else that is delicious but not fast food. Before I started getting in shape, i already made the mindset change of not eating fast food. So when i started my fitness journey, fast food was not even a thought... it made it alot easier to be disciplined with my diet because I already didn't need it. So if I wanted a cheat meal I would get something that was actually worth cheating for... like some fried chicken, steak-n-chz gringer, pizza, something sweet, ice cream, tacos, juicy fatty steak (instead of a lean steak)... literally anything that I would not eat on my diet that I loved. Except fast food! Also if you know how to cook. Every meal can feel like a cheat meal if you know what your doing. Healthy doesn't mean it doesn't have to taste good, and eating at a calorie deficit and hitting your macros doesn't mean you cant eat what you want. You just have to make some adjustments.
