And the 55lbs are in a basket, on your back, with a loop to put your head through. So that you're supporting that weight with your neck.

May I ask for how long per day you train? I am currently at 4 training days per week with each day being about 40 minutes of workout with 20 minutes warmup/cooldown. Is that „enough“ to make gains?

I thought this was only to supplement the days you workout your arms? Has anyone tried this instead of doing them every day? I’d imagine your recovery time would be inadequate if you do these every day.

Yes, your muscles typically need more than 24 hours to fully recover after intense exercise. But this was an experiment!

Great video. Looking to change things up. Will give this a try. Day #1 pic - looked relaxed. Day #30 pic for measurement immediately after workout (pump). Not a true comparison. Missed Day #2 (Legs), Day #4 (Push) Day #6 (Pull). Technically, you have push/pull movements on your "Bear mode" days.

Dude eats way too much UHP foods and eats way too many times a day. Follow his workouts, but everything else is not healthy. Fast food, protein powder junk processed protein way too refined, processed artificially sweetened foods, sodium packed bacon.... so much sauce... bs advice. Probably get cancer on this food advice at some point in life. American diets are the worst in the world. And that's proven.

It seems that squats didn't work for you, probably because you were, early on, lifting too much weight thinking that your legs would grow faster and also probably over trained them, maybe even guilty of ego lifting and impressing no one only causing damage. Over training will always atrophy the muscles. You mentioned your back and knee issues and it sounds like it was not that squats don't work, but that, with your injuries caused by your lack of knowledge and experience, you had to find an alternative. I can tell you that if you know what you're doing, that squats work and rapid and continue to work as part of a routine. I'm in my 60s and am back at the gym(after a looong absence) for three months now, and I squat and my legs and butt are looking awesome and have grown better than I expected for my age. I started when I was 13. I have no knee or back problems. Squats work, or you wouldn't be doing the variations, searching for an alternative. What you're saying here is for salty old codgers like me, not youngsters. Also, food and quality sleep is paramount.

Hi I just got a question, so what if you don’t have a decline bench or a rope machine to do the side to side. Are there any other like alternatives that will target the same muscles using weights?

FYI, a larger neck (i.e. 16 inches or more) is almost certainly going to lead to sleep apnea. I have it. You dont want it. My neck got bigger without training it directly, but my sleep is now fucked. You dont want sleep apnea, trust me
