I hear all the shenanigans you and so many other nurses deal with and I am extremely grateful for my unit. Our schedules are 6 wks at a time. They are published 2 weeks before the go live.

I have showed up to facilities (agency nurse) only to be sent home due to low census. I'm like you knew you didn't need me so why have me come in? Girl these places be on some bs! That's good you guys have scheduling like that.

❤First? I am here resting at home and watching your videos. I got covid positive and I wish I could use this time to study for my 3rd LVN semester which will begin in 2 weeks, but I can't concentrate😢😷🤧
