A quick little tutorial on how to use simple gas jumper line and a carbonation cap to inject liquid into a full pressurised keg without having to open it or expose it to air/oxygen. Great for using a closed transfer to add fining agents, oxygen scavengers, hop tea/extracts and colour adjustments once the beer is already transferred to a keg.
