He needs a torch for creme brulee to melt the cheese, plus you can use it for lots of other things. I actually use a camping propane torch in the kitchen. It's a little bigger, but last a lot longer!

The cinnamon buns get square and soft from baking them together in a pan, then cutting cinnamon buns are also made with yeast bread dough. Using refrigerated biscuit dough makes a nice, quick substitute.

When Rafa's vids is about 20-30mins but it feels like 5mins. 😅 More videos please, it gives comfort and stressfree to watch. 🥰 Thanks Raphael ❤️
