Fruit - 350-400 g for each 3-liter jar.
Fruit - 150-200 g for each 1.5 liter jar.

Sugar - 200 g for each 3-liter jar.
Sugar - 100 g for each 1.5 liter jar.

Hello. First of all, I would like to point out that you don't have to use it after two years. You should consume it within two years. SO THE EXPIRATION DATE IS 2 YEARS. If you want, you can mix and prepare a few fruits.

Would you please tell us the manufacturer of the glass jars and tightener? We don’t have those types in USA and I am afraid your sealing theory won’t work on USA jars which are Ball canning jars brand. Thank you.
