I don't know why I do this to myself, but I was convinced that red rust coloured grout would look great with my pastel blue cabinets. Our kitchen looked like something out of a horror movie

Haha I was thinking the same thing as your partner :D one is a volume the other is a weight. depends on wether or not the two substances have the same density... Your tile cuts were so satisfying!! I`m excited to see the final reveal

It's from a store in toronto called M2 Tile and the item is called TBrick in Seashell Glossy!

Did you custom make your own kitchen cupboards and cabinetry?

I only built out two base cabinets, but reused all the doors!

Very very happy!! Shocked we didn't have any efflorescence, and one coat of grout seal, and it's locked in!!

Just a tip, multiple small batches of grout make it easier. You can go a bit slower.

Yes!! Again I underestimated how hard it would be. I thought the square footage was so small it wouldn't be that bad. I was also worried that there may be differences with the pigment distribution so didn't want to risk it.

@@letitiakiu yup. I did the exact same thing when grouting before. Also, killer on the shoulders. I've done a shower, a floor and a kitchen backsplash and grouting is my least favorite part of tile.
