I’m 24, I have a terrible sickness that just hit me many months ago and have not recovered. Don't give up friend!! I almost did the same thing, but I prayed very openly and honestly with God and told him that he put me with this man and to help me do the things that God wants me to do as a wife. I am responsible for my role in the marriage and to help me love him the way that he wants me to. I gave it all to him and laid it all at his feet and told him that I can't do this anymore. Day by day I have seen God change his heart. We started doing Bible Studies in our home and not that we are this perfect couple now but God is now in our marriage. What really changed for us is when we now ask, "What does God say about this?" Not what I say or what my husband says, but really trying to follow the word of God. I pray that you hold on tight to Jesus knowing that he doesn't want you to let go and that he wants to restore your marriage. Much love!

You can separate but dont divorce. God hates it and you cannot remarry, only death breaks marriage covenant. God can restore your marriage so keep praying for your husband.

I'm going through this same thing Allen. I'm sitting here in tears watching this because I'm 38, single male, never married and no children, and unfortunately still working on trying to get a stable good career for financial stability. I'm considering going back to school, but I don't know if that's the best decision. I'm so full of anxiety and worry over all of this. Please pray for me.

Waw I really feel for you on this situation, I'm 37 female & still single and in the same situation, I just feel like i've been trying for years and I'm faced with all sorts of obstacles & attracting the wrong type of men, sometimes I wonder what am I doing wrong sigh, the struggle is really tough and I pray that your breakthrough is coming soon... God is good and He will do this for us... As much as I say this to you I am also saying it to myself, Keep praying & keep the faith!!

Thank you. Just this morning the Lord gave me one word, “hope.” Thank you for your encouragement, praying for 33 yrs. for my daughter to return to faith. I am 75 and I pray that I will see her return to faith before the Lord takes me home. Praying for family members to return or to come to salvation.

More people need to hear this, I have been struggling with hope and trust in God for some time now, it is difficult for me to get through college and anxiety, but the Lord supplies, and as time went on I began to trust the Lord in everything. Thank you Allen Parr for this encouraging video.

Thank you Allen!! As a new Christian I've never been to a point where I've wanted to give up but that doesn't mean my faith won't be tested to the extreme one day. With that being said I feel every Christian can take something from this video, we are all going to go through trials and through ups and downs in life having our faith tested. Somthing that helps me is knowing the Lord can change everthing in a day and that God does everything for a reason none of his actions are wasteful they all have a purpose we just have to hold on and endure.

😭🥲🥲 I'm proud of you Brother Allen. I was starting to think that your videos were heading into the direction of only rebuking and calling out false prophets, discrediting false beliefs, and so forth. All those are good, but often times, you just have to encourage people with the Word of God, sharing the truth with them - that Jesus is the only solution to life's problems. I wanted to give up from my best friend constantly criticizing me and so many deaths in my family and friends. But God gave me my50 year friend who lives across the country from me and cares about me. She talked to me and encouraged me that I’m not the only one with disappointing friends and to let her go until she can be kind to you. So I did and she called me. And I’m taking my time answering her to see if she can be kind. It helped me so much to talk to my friend. She was my best caring counselor today. Thank you Dear Jesus for sending Linda❤❤❤

Thank you Pastor Allen. Last night I said I’m giving up on hoping that God will bless me with a career I love. I applied to so many jobs and I’m constantly hearing no. It’s discouraging. I said I’m not going to keep praying for something that’s not going to happen. This video changed my mind. I’m keep praying and faith for a breakthrough.

I am in the same boat as you. I struggle every single day in a job that causes me stress and I do not enjoy. However, I am very thankful to have this job as it pays the bills. I kept praying to go back to my old job, but maybe the Lord has something else in store. I would recommend praying for God’s perfect will and to let Him know you are asking for a job that you will love, feel secure in, and can prosper in. I even ask the Lord for a sign of encouragement if He would not mind. Just something to renew my faith and hope for good things to come. He has always answered me by either showing me a sign in the clouds, a beautiful dream that can be verified externally, among other things. God is love and wants the absolute best for us. Sometimes we are standing still in life, because we are not growing closer to him but farther apart. He needs to get our attention. Don’t give up hope! We can hope and pray for each other!!

Thank you Allen. I've been a Christian for 20 (beautifully challenging) years. I love my church and my church family. I'm 43 and single and I have stopped praying for a spouse. I'm trying to start my own business this year, and I have everything I need, I'm just scared. Thank you for your encouragement. I will begin praying for a spouse, again and take steps to move my business forward. I'm saving this video and I plan to come back in a year to reply my progress.

I'm in this situation 29M now I've prayed for a godly partner since i was mid teens but growing up i was born with learning disability's as being somewhat on the spectrum making socializing & school almost impossible for me as well as hopeless to find someone as i had a hard time fitting in trying different medication drugs to help with the issues in hope to make myself capable to be a SO for someone but at 16 years of age (freshmen year High school) when i was just starting to get a handle on it i thought i could maybe meet my dream of meeting someone and making a family but my kidneys shut down and i couldn't attend school anymore had to go into intensive care followed by 13 years of dialysis now at 29 i got my transplant but still no education haven't even learned to drive yet and only living with my parents who are declining in health helping them with house bills I've all but given up on my dream and now only pray to god for a 2nd chance in someway in the next life please pray for me

I really needed this! Since thw beginning of this year it feels like my body just broke. It’s one problem after another. I keep going from one doctor to another and nothing! When it seemed like things were getting better..BAM! Something else happens. Another malaise! I’m trusting. Though it’s hard….I’m trusting. Praying and fasting

I totally feel your pain. No pun intended. Most people don’t know this but, I’ve been diagnosed with arthritis throughout my entire body. I’m 48 years old, and I have arthritis in my left knee, my right knee and now my left thumb. For an athletic, active guy like myself, this has been a very frustrating last few years physically. But I still believe God is able to heal me.

You have no idea how timely this message is. I have faced some serious medical issues, I am mostly unemployed (side jobs but not enough to survive on), lost both my parents, am 49 - single, never married, no kids, most family live in other states, I have multiple college degrees that aren't helping with the job search. It definitely makes it hard to sleep at night as my brain starts going 100 mph with everything. I am in church every week, am part of a church small group, read my bible daily...and nothing changes (seems to get worse daily - although I try to "praise Him in the storm" and be grateful for what I have TODAY and not worry about tomorrow (but it is HARD).

Thank you for this. I have been living without hope for a long, long time now. God, in His good patience and mercy, is alluring me back to Him and His hope. The story of the bleeding woman has become my favorite story in the New Testament, and you pointed out her courage when everything should have stopped her from stepping forward. @cqbarnieify You KNOW his choice was his and us not your fault. It is not your sin or responsibility. I pray you get the strength to help your girls understand this. Please remember Esther. I'm sure at the time when she'd lost everything you couldn't have explained how God was working such tragedy for good. It would've seemed impossible, right? But her daughter-in-law Ruth, due to Esther's tragedy, was one of 5 women named in Jesus' lineage in Matthew! Matthew 1:5🫂💗Perhaps this will help you also to realize, that sometimes it takes a while, and you, personally, may not see it, but God does indeed work everything for good! Oh Allen...thank you for the encouragement. Im turning 30 this year, God has been drawing me closer and closer to Him but in terms of progress on my life (finances, relationships, employment, business, friendships)....im just losing and it makes me more anxious by an attempt. I already gave up hope that is my biggest problem. Now i need restoration.. After praying for a wife for 16 years.. I just got heartbroken and alone at the end. Nothing else. There was a brother at prayer meeting in our church praying for me that the Lord sends me a wife.. And in my thoughts i was like "don't pray that, bro.. it will never happen anyway.." I am really struggling to continue praying and continue believing..

Maybe we pray for fulfillment in Christ first? Then if He wills to provide a wife she can be a blessing not a need met because of how much He has grown in your heart. This is not easy but may comfort you more. Marriage can't make us happy or fulfill us but Jesus can. It's a good thing, it can't be the best thing.

@@aw6707 I went from seasons in my life where i was completely fullfilled in Christ to the point where i didn't even want a wife, to seasons where i was sad and desperate. But there is one thing i realized: Even when all your joy is in the Lord, you STILL want to get marred because you want to share with someone that love the Lord gives you. Adam didn't fall into sin yet, he had perfect closeness with the Lord. But God still said that it is not good for a man to be alone. Even when you find all your fullfillment in the Lord you still don't like being alone. Brother Allen alse went through that.. Just listen to his short clip: "Dear single christian..."

This video was so powerful that it brought me to tears 😭 I’m 34 years old and I too want a wife and to start a family. I’ve struggled with loneliness and felt like I would be single for the rest of my life. I have insecurities because of my physical limitations. I have cerebral palsy and in my situation it makes it challenging to date. Thank you for this. I remember you teaching bible study about this. Immediately after she touched the hem, she was healed. I’ve been holding onto the word “immediately “ . The hem is only the edge of a garment, she didn’t touch him but there was power in that hem and there was no wait time. Thank you for the reminder.

Walking in fellowship w the Holy Spirit seems a more reliable and valuable investment than constantly yearning and praying for that special someone. Had 2 30ish singles find that special someone (maybe) and now they have disappeared from church. Satan has been able to drive his Mack trucks right thru this desire in my life.

This was wonderful, Brother Allen. My biggest thing in life was waiting for marriage. I married at 33, which isn't particularly old in this day and age, but it was a journey of faith, and now we're going on 9 years married. In my journey, it was about seeking the Lord's leading for me in every situation. He didn't lead me to online dating or to join a singles group (though I don't knock those--God has used them for others I've known). God led me to join a specific Bible study, completely unrelated to dating or marriage, but in that study, I met a woman who introduced me to my husband. My journey was about being surrendered to the very specific leading of the Holy Spirit in my life individually. I had been through a lot of heartache in dating, and knew God had better for me. I had opportunities to get married earlier, but none of these other men were the one God had for me, and I knew it. A lot of people criticized my decisions, but I held out for God's best by faith.
