I have always wondered why in England they call them box splits when we Americans call them middle splits

We call them straddle splits in the USA where I’ve lived - 3 states all in the east!

Great vids, i just wanna say: I rather watch only 2 vids a month which are high quality, without the hurry, you seem to be in recently, and with the whole or bigger part of the squad. I believe most ppl aren’t here for some new and exciting skills but for the ppl and the group being friends and doing gymnastics shenanigans together ✌️

FYI: You CAN break your tailbone, so please be careful. My mom broke hers when a swing she sat on broke underneath her. Her tailbone was so severely fractured (something her GP told her was impossible) that it had to be removed completely, basically leaving her with no arse to hold up her pants for the next 30 years.
