@@laurastone6578 Heck, I do the same thing, especially if it's an expensive hotel. To be honest, the little bottles of shampoo, etc I give to my church food pantry to give out. I've never stayed anywhere you get slippers!! 😂

Totally in it for some freebies at hotels! Got a thing about the pens, shoe shine sponges and shower caps! Did u know, the disposable shower caps are brilliant to cover bowls of salad outside in the summer 😏🥗

I have realised that I must be almost 100, because that was a nightmare. Having to wait that length of time for a slightly grubby room cannot be acceptable. Thanks for sharing the madness with us.

ive waited longer and much older then him a party place is on island time..and who knows what goes on in that room also! thank goodness they did away with the room and drink packages it was a crapshow...

I was a bit confused by that glass tomb in the bedroom, until it turned out to be a bath. It looked like something you'd put a dead pope in. Gotta be honest, for me personally this would be a place that in a nightmare I'd accidentally booked myself into for a fortnight (noooooo!). But as always, I've greatly enjoyed watching it because I love the variety of places you show us.

You are right about the caviar, it looks a bit like the black roe of lumpfish - which I had in Denmark many times. It is tasty, but caviar from sturgeon usually is very expensive.

I wanted to see our entry to Eurovision 2024, Joost Klein, it was amazing, got so much good vibes and positive energy from it....I'm going again in August, I need that dopamine and endorfine lol. As you know, I am a somewhat old traditionalist but, imperfections aside, I found the suite amusing and certainly something different and which I would enjoy staying in. (With you both in the bath and the shower I would anticipate more swinger comments!) I was very impressed with the choices on offer for breakfast. You could certainly have a feast! Regarding the cost, I entirely agree that you are paying for a VIP view of the stage. Whilst, obviously, this would not be my scene(!) it was good to be able to experience it from afar thanks to you both.

As a couple who were paying over 1500.00 for a night, they should have complimented something extra for the lost 3 hours. Also, a guaranteed table on the beach for breakfast should have come reserved with the room purchase. Other than that, it did look fun.

Looks like an amazing experience but the delay in getting your room, when you are only there for 1 night and paid that amount of money was completely unacceptable. Shame you couldn't have your meal on your balcony and not missed out. Gaby you looked very glamorous.
