Hey brother, I just want to say. Out of every outdoors KZfaq I’ve been watching you have been the most inspirational to me. I recently quit my full time job to become a stay at home dad and to work on my business. I did this because of you man, honestly. The way you present your content seems so humble, so “do it yourself” if that makes sense, yet it also screams of knowledge and wisdom, and above all else PASSION. I have passion for angling and for helping others which is why I’m trying to become a guide, and also start a KZfaq channel to sort of document the experience and share what I know so others can go out and feel empowered to continue participating in the natural world. I’ve already started compiling footage so first ep will be out soon. Enough about me though man I just wanted to express my gratitude for you doing what you do, and being real with your community. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s been inspired. Tight lines brother, keep on catchin em! Great fish by the way.

Awesome catch, just a quick tip though if there are any other boats around DO NOT drive straight through the center of diving birds. Let them do their thing and fish the edges. You'll get some pissed off fisherman on the radio. CHEERS. Good job out there though.

Never steam straight into a rise, bait ball bird rise, always let your lines out at least 50 yards further and steam well outside the rise then steer you lines over the rise and slow downwhen your lures are in the middle of it then speed up to not more than 6 knots, by running over the rise you will scare the fish

I’ve never fished for salmon but you would be a lot better staying on the fringes of the bait and casting into the school. If it’s a school of squid then your kytech would probably be pretty good casting across the bait and working it through the school. Just a tip from a South Florida fisherman
