FYI: It looks like real cookie dough because it is. That's what cookie dough is made of but they used baking powder instead of eggs. You can use either/or.

I am laughing at the fact he made real mayo from scratch and just learned what was in it. The traditional way to make mayo is with a raw egg. You don't want the egg then get miracle whip. lol. I love how he tries all these recipes and his reactions.

For the pizza you were meant to cook the dough and sauce before putting on the cheese and cooking some more. That’s why it was undercooked.

try making some vegan mayo. It doesn't taste like egg + you don't have to be afraid of salmonella. All you need is 100ml soy milk, 200 ml oil (don't use olive oil!!), a teaspoon mustard, a tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice and a lot of salt :D

I make the mayo all the time. I also put a bit of honey and a few drops of white vinegar. Its wonderful

The acids kinda cook the egg so it's safe to eat also emulsify means to bind the oil and water together in a permanent or semi permanent way

Raphael, for the egg cheese toast, try a regular frying pan on medium with a lid. But you're still gonna need about a minute and a half at least. 2-3 is probably better... no sense getting salmonella poisoning.

First of all - love your videos, they're very chill! Second - I'm sorry but I laughed so much at your confusion after learning how to make mayonnaise that I couldn't resist writing a comment. In my family we virtually never buy mayonnaise, we prefer just making ours, although we usually don't store it, we just make a bit for the day and that's it because it's so fast and easy to make ^^

14:30 This is the quickest way to make allioli here in Spain. Just throw garlic, lemon juice, salt, 1 or 2 eggs and oil and blend it. And don't worry about the raw egg, the acid from the lemon or the vinegar if you use vinegar will kill the bacteria.
