Ya know what, i will do it, starting from now (i'll also add some pull ups cuz why not): Day 01: 30 push ups / 08 pull ups Day 04: 33 push ups / 09 pull ups Day 07: 37 push ups / 11 pull ups Day 10: 39 push ups / 11 pull ups Day 13: 45 push ups / 11 pull ups Day 16: 50 push ups / 12 pull ups Day 19: 39 push ups / 10 pull ups Day 22: 43 push ups / 10 pull ups Day 25: 48 push ups / 11 pull ups Day 30: 52 push ups / 12 pull ups It has been a lot of breathing and cold showers. so cool seeing you joining the wim hof method club :D spread the power, health and happiness, like wim hof likes to say :D i really recommend for everyone to do this! i also started to like cold showers after around 30 days and i will keep doing it for life, but i still dont manage to do more than 3 time wim hof breating a week. i wonder when i will finally be used to doing it daily

Day 1: 67 Day 7: 71 Day 30: 82 *this might just be the same as if I didn’t do cold showers but I felt stronger and more awake when I did the push-ups right after I took the shower so I’m definitely going to continue

He didn't make this method, this and concepts and exercises that go further than this have existed in India for thousands of years, there are books from centuries ago detailing these methods. Wim Hof simply explains it in a slightly more modern way, which again isn't unique to him.

Just a reminder to everyone: Push yourself dosen't mean to stress out about it, do what you can with what you have. Remember the ultimate goal is the opposite, to train our body and mind to cope with stress. Sometimes seeing people like Browney gets you in the mood to push yourself to an unhealthy limit. Yo Browney. The tingling which you feel when you perform the breathing exercise is the 'ki' which you feel. Ki! Yup, you heard it right. Its the ki which(if u know dragon ball ) is from the dragon ball z/super/sdbh. If you are able to control it then you can really do super human things which are usually done by monks and martial artists who have reached a greater level. Some of its examples are ki blasts or making ki balls. Ki means the energy within your body. Hope you liked this information. Looking forward for your video on this progression of controlling ki if you are willing to master it.

The breathing exercise is close to 'shavasana' of yoga. It does the same, you get so relaxed by just laying down and doing the exercise!

There is a quite lot of questions, that I started asking myself throughout my journey of cold showers and everything around that, because I started adding up things to do and making it a habit. So, that brought me here to ask about your opinions. After a week of cold showers and feeling lot better during and past those, I implemented a working out session and stretching. So I would like to ask you, when do you think / feel the best place, timingwise, is for these ? Before / After the cold shower. Also, I wanted to start doing cardio things to improve my stamina, but I think, I have to figure it out myself, where to put it. Now, to answer your questions from the video about the effects.. After your 1st 10day cold showers video I got the motivation to try it out myself and I felt like you, body didn't like it. However, in like 10 days, I would say, it got completly under my control, trying to control my breath and body during these and I felt amazing. As I mentioned, a week into this I started with some basic workout like push-ups, squats, sit-ups / plank, just to all around strenghten my body, also implementing the breathing from the showers, and progress is there, I'm just setting the limits to be always a bit higher. Only limiter is the time, but I can work around that. Just need that commitment. The last thing, I would like to mention about that, is the effect, that it make on me as a personality. I was always the anxious and depressed guy, but this thing, these exercises, they helped me out so much. From the day 1, there wasn't a point, where I felt depressed, I'm always happy or calm and that really surprised me the most, because my mentality was always my biggest worry and issue. Anyways, I'm so grateful for your content, it really cheers me up everytime and motivates me to overcome myself and do the impossible. Thank you so so much. *Smashing the LIEK*

@@imdelet I actually do, but after the shower, I always do round of pushups, sit-ups and squats, because I feel so good and energetic

I just started today and I can already do 10 more pushups and the feeing was impeccable I’m going to do this for 30 days and let you guys know how I do I could do around 30 and now I can do 40 doing the wim hof breathing method once Thanks Browney!
