Happy Bettyversary! It's been one year since I joined my friends Cooking the Books, Ginger Snap Kitchen, Jim's Kitsch Kitchen, and Unboxing Betty in cooking a recipe from the 1971 Betty Crocker Recipe Card Library! To celebrate, we've each picked another recipe to try out, mine is Oven Porcupines!
These easy meatballs have rice mixed in and can be made in the oven, or simmered on the stove (it's summer, can you guess how I cooked mine? 😂)
Make sure to give these a try and let me know what you think!
Once you're all done here, go check out everyone else's videos and show them some love!
