7 years ago I made chicken palabok pizza and it was really good. It looked a lot like the ramen pizza but with a little bit more crust. I love pizza experiments when done right.

Ramen Pizza Pie 2 packages (3 ounces each) ramen noodles, any flavor 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 cup half n half (cream and milk) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup ricotta cheese 1 pasta sauce (tomato&basil or personal choice) 1 cup shredded part skin mozzarella cheese (doesn't have to be a cup, can be MORE) 1. Preheat oven to 425° F. 2. Cover in foil a 9-inch pie pan. You can use a 12-inch if you have one but no bigger. 3. Grease the foil with either butter, canola, or vegetable oil. Olive oil is also acceptable. 4. Cook and drain the noodles according to the package directions. run noodles through cold water to stop the cooking process. 5. Whisk eggs, half and half, and salt in large bowl. Optionally, you may add one or both seasoning packs from the ramen at this step. 6. Add noodles to egg mixture. Stir and toss to coat. After, spread evenly at bottom of greased pan. 7. Bake for 10 minutes or until the egg mixture in the noodles has become solid. 8. Top crust with ricotta, pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese. You can take this time to add any toppings of your choosing. Personally, I like to make bacon and crumble it up on top. 9. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Let stand for 5 to 7 minutes to cool before serving.

In Malaysia, there's a pizza place called US Pizza that always makes...experimental pizzas, such as INDOMIE pizza, Asam Laksa (kinda like sour, savoury, noodle soup) pizza, and the king of all... DURIAN pizza (can try and ask Nabil to confirm). Pizza Hut here also makes Durian pizza 😂 and Domino's here has permanent Banana Kaya pizza for dessert.

In NZ we do a thing where we toast bun halves and put Watties/Heinz spaghetti on top with cheese, and put it under a grill and it's like a "kids' pizza" snack. Kinda reminds me of your ramen pizza. 😁

Not sure what the pricing for pizza is like in Japan, but in New York a large pie is now close to $30 USD, and a small personal sized pizza is around $15 USD.

Honestly more creative than the ideas they have over here in the West. Like "what if we made the exact same thing, but put jalapenos on it" or just sticking ghost pepper in the name when it isnt even spicy

I originally watched this video high as balls (no joke, I felt like I'd fucking *ascended* ) and I remember thinking in my hazy state that the pizza looked terrifying but that I was happy you liked this one. Rewatching this fully sober now, I do agree it looks quite good. The crispy crust probably works better for it too since it would likely keep up better with the wet of the broth.

they def took the pizza with an authentic input in it, a bit different but n arabic shop shop took a similar approach and made a shawarma pizza, and it tasted amazing, i order it everytime i go to that city bcz sadly its only made there, so im sure the ramen pizza is good combo, Id def try it IF i ever get to go to japan :(
