There's an interesting idea for you. Have Connor, Joey, and Garnt be the Cameraperson and do a role swap in the Figure Challenge. Set the budget and have them do the general challenges. We can feature Meyline, Navi, and Ashley in this special. Another separate figure challenge idea: Regular figure challenge, but you can't get any Jojo figures. For each Jojo figure bought, you lose 1 point. Additional 2 points deducted for if any of them are duplicates (One time deduction). All of them are so into Jojo that this makes it a challenge. Change "Rem" into "any character from Jojo" for the squats challenge.

28:00 I see videos about anime shopping on second-hand stores and it makes me think that these stores might benefit from a software like what they have in the Target app (in the US). Basically, aside from looking up if they have an item both in-stock at a store AND the location within the store if you are already there. Could help in looking for the best price for figure-hunters or other dedicated shoppers

I think counting all Star Wars characters as characters from an anime, just because Visions came out is like counting Sonic or Kirby as anime characters, because they both had TV series. The characters didn't originate from anime, which I think is how it should be ruled. It's even harder to define what is considered an "anime character," because every cartoon is considered an anime in Japan. Despicable Me is an anime.

I think for their purposes they’re using “anime” to mean “Japanese animation”, despite the fact that this distinction doesn’t exist in Japan itself. But I agree-just because there is a Star Wars anime doesn’t mean every Star Wars product is now anime merchandise .

Meilyne: "No one likes Rem except you!" My boyfriend and I would like a word with you. Just kidding. I bought a Rem figure for him one time and since he's from another country, I dread the moment I have to give it to him when he visits because it's so cute. You could say I took the saying "Buy something that would make yourself happy" to heart and yeah... Sharing waifus is definitely a potential downside to being in a relationship with another weeb, haha. Edit: I accidentally turned my anime figure collection into a shrine for Rem... "Accidentally." My bank account is crying.

It‘s so impressive to see the amount of figures that exist… in my country so far I only found one store that sold 5 different figures and went out of business a few months later. I guess people just do not want anime stuff here…

Connor, any chance you would do a "Figure buying guide" video? I have a trip planned to Japan in the somewhat near future and plan on buying a few figures and was wondering if there was anything I need to look out for when doing so.

I miss those shops so much. This pandemic can't end soon enough. I sympathize with Connor's feelings at the end though. After a day looking up and down shelf after shelf after shelf of anime stuff my brain is simply overloaded with impressions.
