Loved this video. I wish that you'd have shown the actual recipes for each item, because it's hard to recreate and copy what you did -- if you just put a "little of this" and "little of that". Also, next observation is that you spent say $130, but what you got what a hell of lot more than just that at Pollo Loco. You had plenty of each thing with your dish (such as guac or creamy cilantro sauce). Today, Pollo Loco at 9540 Farm to Market 1960 Bypass Rd E in Houston, Texas, were so cheap. We barely got any rice and few beans on our two orders of double chicken toastado, and the bowls were $13 bucks (after-tax). So, we spent nearly THIRTY BUCKS and were still hungry afterward. Thank God we took extra onions and avocados from home to help fill us up.
