So weird, I was just thinking this. "How would the old gen tech handle today's games" I upgraded from a 3570k to 4790k to AMD 1700X and now 5800X3D. Such a long way.

the 4 core 4 thread really hammers the overall performance in my case. The I7 4790k is what i will put in my old pc but the used price still on high side. Make a video with i7 4790k if you have one. Great vids. Liked.

Bro can you let me know 1 thing, i am lil bit confused Currently i have 3570 with gtx 960 2gb with faulty board, if i upgrade to 4th gen xeon with h81 board with same gtx 960 2gb, will this upgrade improve my fps and gaming performance ?? Or should i just put h61 with my 3570 and invest rest of the amount in better gpu?? But with h61 my ssd speed will also reduce

I have no idea about xeon processors.... but i'll recommend buying i5 4th or i7 4th will definitely provide better experience & avx2 support for newer games like alan wake 2...

Will 4770 will increase my fps and performance in old AAA title which are mostly gpu bound, if i upgrade from 3570 ? My gpu remains the same which is gtx 960 2gb

Xeon are for servers that means it can handle large amount of users connected to it, it sucks in gaming speed because it usually will be 2ghz clock speed

Rate the i7 3770 .. Play iracing and it performs amazing .. Also have 4400 , 4460 , 4770, 4771, and 6500 , The 3770 is still my favorite , Been super reliable and around forever 🙂

Bro i have i7 3770and i will upgrade to r5 5500 my psu is only 4pin cpu but the moderne boards have 8pin cpu the r5 5500 cosume 65w tdp and i7 3770 77w tdp i use with 4pin i think it will be ok with r5 5500 only 4pin ????

Tdp is different and the power consumed by processor in watts is different, 3570 has a tdp of 77w but still it can't go above 45watts

Alan wake up isn't cpu demanding, so you can play on i5 4690 but it's minimum required 4th gen intel avx 2 technology...
