Lovely video, Ahmet! Just wanted to note that a funnel can hugely reduce your waste and mess. Also, try going just a little bit coarser on the grind. Your Espresso seems just a tad bit over-extracted. Keep up the good work man! Wishing to see more of these!

Thanks Armin 🙌🏻🙏🏻 I will consider your suggestions. sometimes i think a better grinder is needed. but the funnel will always be needed for the 54mm portafilter.👍🏻

Thank you so much Annika 🙌🏻 When making an Americano, water is added to the espresso, and when making a long black, espresso is added to the water. So when you add water first, you make a long black. My preference is long black. Because espresso cream does not disappear when making long black.
