The age old question, affordability or taste? VFM you'd think the cheapest are the better (Aldi) but it's Christmas so people may go for the Special range. I've bought chipolatas and streaky bacon in the past at a combined cost of 2.50 and made them myself. Just an option for the more frugal amongst us!

I always make my own at Christmas. 1 pack of chipolata sausages and a pack of steaky bacon is less than £3. You can normally make double the quantity than what was in those ready made packs. 👍

They are versatile ... can be thinly sliced and thrown on top of a pizza with mushrooms or in a bolognese sauce..Or put them with scrambled eggs, beans, toast for breakfast ... a favourite in our house :)

How loud is it? It's loud enough I don't notice it anymore, just a noise Level in the background. That's how I view my ninja now Gareth. Great use of the ninja today and rotating the cook is using the old noggin 👍. Nice review between the Aldi and Iceland PIB's. The Iceland did look better X sectioned and not as greasy as the Aldi. Still haven't seen any on our shelves as yet and no advertising either. Maybe none this year due to the Covid knock-on effects. So many things missing from supermarket shelves it's not funny. You need this on the air/crisp setting for these Gareth that should cook them perfectly without using the Bake function as well. The wife pressure cooks a chicken then uses the air/crisp for the skin on our Sunday roast and saves around an hours proper oven time 👍

The two brand of pigs in blankets looked the same and tasted much the same, but big price difference. They looked very nice. I would give them both 8.5/10. I will have to see if my Aldi here in Australia has them, we don't have Iceland, but I have been into their stores whilst visiting UK. Keep up the good work young Gareth. Ubique.
