Anything less is gross negligence that amounts to an abrogation of the Hippocratic oath.

Bro morons are everywhere. Not a lot we can do about it without supporting cancel culture. On principle I consider myself a true lefty on the topic of free speech, where free speech should not ever be impeeded on under any circumstances no matter the extremes. Free speech is the most important value above all others because without it none of the others matter. So that's pretty much me saying no matter how much of an extreme moron she and her kind are we just have to let it be and counter it with better speech. This is entirely at their own personal peril and in order to validate her giant yet fragile ego! She has probably convinced herself that she is fighting the good fight by lying to these vulnerable and naïve adolescents on TikTok. After all the real epidemic isn't adolescent obesity! NO it's fatphobic bigots like their parents, friends and actual *credible* medical professionals telling them that they are concerned about them and the potential health issues. It is sad and also a bit scary to imagine, but in her head she probably thinks of herself as the real hero in this story! Peer reviewed medical research and scientific consensus be damned!

I ended up gaining 50 pounds. When I was at my heaviest, my knees hurt SO BAD every single day. It made doing leg exercises hard because of the pressure I’d put on my knees. When I lost that 50 pounds, I had basically zero knee pain. I’m currently 5 months pregnant though but even still I’m not having knee pain. Carrying excess weight DEFINITELY puts a ton of pressure on your joints.

It's really a disgrace that she's called a doctor... it's not even about her being wrong, it's about the fact that she, *as a doctor and an academic person*, completely ignores the existance of academic works and argues her points at barely even a high school level. All I've seen her doing so far has been deflecting counter-arguments and giving a grand total of 0 evidence to support her beliefs. In about 3 months I am down to 87kg. What I did was change my behaviour, the same thing I did when I quit smoking. There is actually a way to be healthy and overweight. It’s through the right exercises and diet. Many people don’t know this but this is how sumo wrestlers can be healthy and as fat as they want. It’s because the exercises they do target the visceral fat that covers your organs and pollutes your bloodstream, that’s the fat that causes most of the problems associated with obesity. But the thing is sumo wrestlers have to keep up this routine because if they quit they have to make a lot of changes because they’ve stopped the intensive workouts that keep them healthy, strong, and fat.

To maximize your strength you shouldn't be skipping meals and it's better to eat at least four meals a day. Just don't eat fatty stuff for breakfast, eat egg whites. I usually make egg white French toast. For lunch and dinner eat chicken breast and steamed veggies, use no cooking oils. And a fourth meal can be a protein shake or a low calorie yogurt or something. Just weigh your chicken breast and to cut more weight simply reduce the amount of chicken breast you weigh out for your portions. Do this and lift weights regularly and you'll see good results.
