6:20 (20) I see some people talking about this so here's my opinion. 1. It's 100% the red Nissan Rogue's fault, not the cammer. 2. I want to agree with people saying that the cammer should have been watching them and avoided an accident, but sometimes that's not totally realistic. I bet the cammer looked at the SUV once the light turned green, then looked at where they were going, not what was approaching. Obviously not the wisest decision necessarily, but it's something that is generally a natural reaction to be looking where you're going. Another thing to remember is that the person driving the car can't always see everything the camera can.
@Tambasco5114 ай бұрын
I agree with you on 100% the Nissan and here's why: unless whomever designed this intersection is an idiot, the Red Nissan would have had a red light since the Cammer's side had not only a solid green light but they also had a green left turn arrow.
@kaylapalooza664 ай бұрын
I'm pretty sure the cammer had a green arrow there, making it 100% the red Nissan's fault.

#13 @3:38 Austin in North Brunswick, NJ. You are the PERFECT example of how *NOT* to drive. Driving aggressively, too fast for the conditions and tailgating. You have a cam that you think proves you are in the right so feel justified in defending that position even to the point of not avoiding an accident. @@jayawilliams07 I agree, but realistically the Cammer was probably looking at the light, then once it turned green looked ahead of them and saw an oncoming car a little bit away and assumed they would stop, then looked at where they were turning. @jayawilliams074 ай бұрын
@@baddriversoftennessee Why not? Why are you not a defensive driver. I always look for cars that might be failing to stop before I proceed into an intersection. Just like I always look both ways when crossing or turning onto a one way street. Other people don't always do what they're supposed to. Your job as a defensive driver is to watch for people not paying attention. They were behind the A-pillar? Well, that's not a problem if you lean forward or to the side a little and look around your A-pillar. This is not difficult and is something that any good driver does whether consciously or not. 3:31 - Red SUV driving way too fast? How do you know how fast the vehicle was going, PUTZ? You have a built in radar system, not. Assumptions make you the bigger PUTZ than any of the drivers involved.

3:24: "Way too fast?" Sounds like nothing more than casting aspersions against the victim. First we'd need to know the speed limit. Second, we'd need to know the speed. Since we know neither, we can't seriously make that accusation. The driver of the gray sedan ran the stop sign, and is at fault.

Exactly - didn't look particularly fast at all.

@@sambrannan7550 Yes, that too. But the failure to stop precipitated the failure to yield.
