A compilation of what happens, when idiots get behind the wheel of a vehicle.
Many mistakes are made very often, this shows how serious these mistakes can be. Some videos have even been cut short to not show any injuries.
This is a reminder of how important it is to obey the traffic rules to make the road safer for all of us.

@@dontghostbanmeplz8788 It's not a matter of having something break, it's a matter of people not bothering to make sure what they're securing it with is actually usable. If you're going to strap something down but the strap is holding on by a literal thread, you're deliberately setting yourself up to have something go very, very wrong. Breaking is one thing, not bothering to check if it's secured properly is still a major problem, and they should've done that to begin with - it should always be done.

7:20 One time I was pulling into a scenic overlook on a mountain road and my engine cut out. I kept pressing the brake hard but nothing happened. I tried to steer away from the curb and it wouldn't turn. Then it hit the curb and started rolling backwards. I stopped by shifting into park. It's surprising how much effort is required to control the basic functions of a car without power assistance.
@RDSAlphard
@RDSAlphard 2 жыл бұрын
I've had engine stalled on me before, at first the brake still has vacuum assist, but because I was trying to roll into safety zone, I actually had to stand in the pedal to stop. And of course, also step on parking brake + just throw shifter into park.
@AO_101
@AO_101 2 жыл бұрын
1. Car's brake need a vacuum to work (which usually took one from the exhaust). When your engine's not running and you're pressing as hard as possible yes the pedal will feel harder but for the car it's like 10% braking power 2. If your care have a hydraulic power steering, when the engine's not running they can't work properly because the pump to direct the hydraulic fluid is powered by engine rotation (it will feel heavier and you're barely able to turn, but still doable). Electronic power steering wise, not sure wether "you need the engine" or "as long as there is power to the pump" but let's just say it fails that's it, let's just say good luck turning your car

I told him "relax, don't move, I think you're gonna pop your tire and get stuck here, let me look with my cellphone light"...and I called the cops before he could run. No plate on his car, just a temp tag in the window, we'd have never tracked him down. Another neighbor came put and helped distract him long enough for the cops to get there. The dude at 1:40 shouldn’t have mentioned the cops. And as soon as she asked him not to call them he should have grabbed her keys. Had a friend in a similar situation, he walked up to the ladies window to check if she was okay, she was clearly drunk and he just took her keys, didn’t give her the opportunity to make another shitty decision, saved himself a massive headache in the end.

3:27 - I *hate* that friggin' interchange. I always went out of my way to avoid it, taking surface streets around it. Everyone remembers where they want to go at the last minute, weaves in and out of traffic, and cuts across lanes. It's like the place attracts the most stupid drivers in the whole Bay Area like a magnet of some kind.
