Idris Elba attempts to beat the land speed record set by Sir Malcolm Campbell in 1927 at Pendine Sands in Wales, but first he has to master driving at extremely high speeds on the dangerous wet sand.

How fast have YOU driven a vehicle? Any idea what happens past 120mph? Any clue what kind of shit can go wrong at that speed? I've been 189mph. One time. Never again. Unless you've actually BEEN that fast - you have zero idea what you're talking about.

I've driven a 720S and would agree with that upto a point, not a waste of time,speed records? Most AINT set by the worlds fastest road cars. Any idiot can drive fast (So'ton to Eastbourne 58mins - err how fast is that on aveage) Only time wasted? My responding to a post by someone that's never been above 200 doubt you've hit 200kmh....
