#1 definitely applies to me. The guy that i liked, he was joky and interactive wirh everyone around me except me. He didnt say much to me and didnt even give me no eye contact so in my mind i was thinking maybe he isnt interested. His behavior towards me was different than the other people that was around us.

Love can be nurtured to grow. So ask: is he a Christian? Will he fill the biblical role of a husband (ephesians 5: prophet priest protector provider ~ see Voddie Baucham for further explanation), etc. Pray about it, and use wisdom to decide. Because to be fair no parent feels 100% happy about their children; they love them but it’s not as if they got to interview their child for the role: they learned to love what they were given.

@@silversilk8438 am thinking the same, giving time to study him, and I see that inspite of his age he is still immature in his walk with the Lord, he seem to force me to love him.back when I said I will pray about it, I don't want to give any green signal and hurt him later if it's not from the Lord...true I agree with you, love.can grow if we give chance and nurture it

Hey! That's okay. God will never want you to date someone you're not attractive with...it's a good thing that you access your feelings. Pray about it to God and it's okay. There's no shame in this.

@@unicornisabelle8871I disagree with this. My parents are Christians and have been happily married for about 22 years now. My mom was not attracted to my dad. She was attracted to his heart and love for the Lord. God worked on her heart over time and worked a miracle, having the physical attraction come later. Trust the Lord! Love the soul, not just the appearance! ❤️
