Don’t let anybody, especially yourself, make you feel like you don’t deserve to be in the room you’ve earned a right to be in. You have something unique to contribute - your ideas, your experience, your wisdom, and your point of view.

In summary on how you want to raise your SELF-STEEM, Three signs that you're struggling: 1.) You feel pressured to know what you want to do with your life. 2.) You've lost interest in your own life and get disconnected. 3.) You don't know what your skills are or you feel you lack them. Three tips to raise your SELF-STEEM: 1.) Don't let what's happening around you affect you. 2.) Think what you can help to other people. 3.) Generating positive result from negative situation.

Thank you for this priceless wisdom shared (Ed Mylett and Jay shetty 👌👏) My take away from this: - We need a huge reason to push us towards our Dreams/Goals ( how big is your WHY) - Raise your Proximity - Surrend yourself with people who can increase your thermostat - Always think about how you can serve, contribute and add value into people lives - Fear is a good push and love is a good pull

You can't change people, but you can change the proximity into how they affect you; coupled with the fact that someone pulling you upward can't be too far ahead of you, otherwise you'll just feel insecure instead of inspired. I really resonated with those points, thanks guys :)

Do you have a hobby/passion you love like a sport, drawing, or singing? Getting good with a hobby/ passion you really love might help you gain confident, and probably find friends who share the same passion like you. Maybe you can give this a try. Or you can try doing volunteer work helping the more unfortunate, being compassion and be of service to others might also bring your happiness and even confident. A person that has confident and compassion will never look down, bullied and make fun of others. Those people who are bullying you are just people who have low self-esteem and lack of confident themselves. Just ignore them, you don't need them in your life to show your confidence. Look for those who truly appreciate you and you will find them someday. Just be confident with it and believe in yourself.

Mental health is constant upkeep. I’ve lived in a few different cities around the world, in NYC, I have to make the most environmental accommodations because hustle bustle ness of the city means I have to schedule more nature and self care. The busyness and hectic-ness of the lifestyle means more planning to connect with loved ones, etc. but I know I have to prioritize these things, because otherwise, anything else I’m building or working on, fails. I know this because I used to fight this idea and I made my life so difficult for so long because of it lol

Confidence, one's assurance of their abilities. As you look back through your life at all the downward spiraling failures. Was it the failures or was it the story you kept repeating to yourself? If, a baby was aware of itself. And it's starting to learn how to stand. And it fails to stand and it tries again and the parents laugh and the child is aware of their laughter. Would the child learn to walk? Would it give up on wanting to walk? A child at this age lives without a mind. It does everything in silence. But what if it had a mind like you. It would say to itself. I can't do this and they're laughing at me. And the child crawls to the room and closes the door. Never learning to walk.

How can I get into a great circle in growth? Listen to podcasts- digital influence. Where do these people congregate? I have to go where they are. Ask someone and see how I can help them. Work out- move my body to move my energy. I find someone who is a bit better than me and keep pushing up my standards.

I’m going to a job interview at a gym in south london on Tuesday. It’s a popular UK “hardcore” bodybuilding gym. About 3,5 hours away from me. (Across the country). A part of me is like am I swimming upstream. Or am I following my inspiration. That’s why Abraham hicks teaching sometimes annoys me. It’s like. Don’t try make it happen. Don’t force it. It’s not about action. Etc etc. Like. “Wherever you go, there you are” But yes. I believe I am committing to it ! And I’m arranging for a room viewing on the same day, 0.6miles from it, so I can walk to work. I’ve had a calling to move city ever since coming back home from one and well. I tried manifesting it. But I’m gonna action it I think.

Delete all social media and things that distract and steal your time, time where you can find your purpose, find your purpose by using the time you have left over now you have A lot of free time to try new things and see what you love to do and do that that is your purpose if you choose to something that brings you up in the morning that you can be excited about and obsessed about that you think about all the time and feel good when you think about it and you get what you think about most of the time
