Nah i’m still hooked. Can’t imagine a life without the screener. But they definitely need to add quick multiple tagging ability.

Interesting take on HEY! I've also been a customer now for 2 years and just let my subscription renew last week. I haven't run into the bugs you mentioned but do agree the app is feeling a bit bloated as they've added features I'm not really sure are valuable. I still like the "idea" they sell with HEY (privacy/you're in control) and I also want to try and support smaller companies instead of just signing up for the Google's of the world if there's an interesting alternative out there... All that to say, I'm still a happy customer but have become more skeptical of the long-term roadmap in the past 6 months or so.

I've been using it for a few years. I agree there have been bugs. But works great overall. Like the screening tool.

Interesting video but I have had a different experience. I have been using Hey Domains with my own Domain for about 3 months now and have had zero problems with it not working as intended - no problems on the Android App either although 80% go my use is with the Mac version. It takes a bit of getting used to, but once learned it's been a breeze and has dramatically improved my productivity. I have really only 2 complaints or features which I wish it had. The text editor (composing emails etc) is really basic and somewhat limiting, especially in the focus and "read together" modes - it only offers very basic formatting (and none at all in the focus and reply mode). The only other complaint is the rather clunky behavior of the windows, always defaulting back to the same point, rather than to where you were before you started the new task (such as labelling, moving etc). They also need to add the capability for multi-labelling simultaneously. Other than that it has been and continues to be the best email experience I have ever had, with the "Screener" being an awesome concept. On other major plus - CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is fantastic with almost immediate response times and very helpful. So I'm not going anywhere and really glad I found Hey and able to have it for into my email lifestyle.

I use Hey and Fast Mail. Only things I don't like are the price and having to click on each mail I want to delete. Fastmail for example, Will let you select many emails at once and delete them in 1 click. Hence the name "FAST"mail.

I tried Hey way back in the day, but couldn’t justify the expense at the time. I was just thinking about getting Hey service and came across your video with all this issues so now I’m not sure I want to shell out 100 bucks and have it be all wonky. (Especially if Apple isn’t going to let them make updates/fixes etc because that would be 1 of the main places I used it (and on my android phone). Hmmmm. {What about Zoho? Anyone try that service - they have all the. calendar & other ‘accessories too’}

Is there a Free version of Hey?

It's excessive to pay $99 a year just for email. To make the platform complete, Jason and his team need to include a calendar, notes, and maybe more features.

I would not recommend Proton. They have unethical business practices… I recently tried to downgrade and they would not let me.
