How do you program these workouts as far as work time or reps and rest time and how do you schedule these weekly alongside strength training days and what have you? Like where do you typically fit yours into an average weekly program?

I’m not Chris but some simple things to go over would be to not worry so much about set and reps, just implement the movements in your workout routine and you’ll figure that out over time and to do these workouts before getting into your work in the weight room. That especially applies if you’re in a sport reliant on speed/agility. For example, basketball, soccer, football, baseball, volleyball, tennis and track (change of direction is still important for injury prevention).
