Wow, this is different from anything if heard about before, and it hit a lot of things that I stumbled across and was able to maintain. For example the best night's sleep I've had in the past year was at the end of a 24 hour screen fast. But since then my screen time has been creeping back up and sleep has suffered. It's also hard to maintain calisthenics because I'll over do it, and then stop for a while, but the benefits of having more muscle are great. And connections are hardest for me as I retired this year, and have been working from home for the prior 2 due to COVID. Thank you. This has given me the opportunity to check my priorities.

Right good question 😊 so if you happen to be a non responder , you will built very little muscle . However it doesn’t mean that you won’t be strong 😊 in additional if you are over 60 years old you need a minumum of 1 gram of protein per kilo of body weight and don’t skip a good protein breakfast best of health to you

DNA methylation is caused by aging. I hope we discover what about aging to change in order to prevent this from occurring. I didn't hear anything about fiber which is key to our gut biome. What about the effects of saturated fat and on our epithelial cells. I found Vatchkov's information data too old and out-dated although mostly still partially relevant.

DNA Methylation is a process of chemistry and functional hormone meachanics and process. That most likely is inhibited by our action thru chronic processes and doing what we do which is interact with our environment. It is maintain and removed by the Phoenix Protocol. Checkout August Dunnings Channel. You can remove these methylation caps thru this process. In general fasting is amazing but real therapy is a willful burden similar to ice exposure and weightlifting stress on the muscle. I also suggest you create breathing protocol maybe start at the Wim Hof Method for your ice and breathing health. Many other forms and practices like fire breathing. Good luck and live your best life.
