Omg i SO relate to 17 about live shows. I was literally just thinking that very thing last week after going to a live show with a friend. I was like "I wish I liked seeing live shows, but I just don't. I think the only time I would like a live show is if I really loved the band and knew every single song." And then here you are saying the exact same thing! I also related to #18. Never had a game console growing up and don't know anything about video games. And totally relate to #20 as well. I'm also an extroverted-seeming introvert. Totally relate to the "I love attention, but I want it when I want it." I just discovered you today because of a Yahoo article about "Disneybounding." I'm not even a big Disney person (I mean I love Disney movies, don't get me wrong but I'm not like a "Disney person") but I just love your energy and so I keep wanting to watch more of you! OMG!!! I NEVER THOUGHT I'D GET COMMENT OF THE WEEK!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, SARAH! 😱 Turns out we have more in common. I am also scared of being alone and the dark. I'll turn on each light on my way to my room if I'm home alone lol. I also have the same fear of things imitating real life. Huge paintings (especially undersea animals), giant statues (like dinosaur bones), the snake on Indian Jones, etc. all freak me out! Obvi we bonded over cheese-hating, but I also very much hate cream-based things (that's why it's so hard to eat Italian or Mexican food). I have developed a small version of lactose intolerance so I say I'm "lactose and picky" LOL! And finally, I have a full tv schedule and currently picking what to watch this upcoming fall haha. Okay this info about the animatronics...I'm freaking out because I've always felt that way about them and never even knew it was a phobia. On pirates I sometimes hold my breath as you go really close to some of them!! So crazy and thank you for sharing that.

It's always weirdly comforting finding out when my favorite KZfaqrs are introverts. I am an introvert myself and sometimes I feel like that label inhibits me from going out there and doing things because it's "against my nature," but knowing that you are able to do it makes it seem less impossible. I totally relate to your feeling about being an introvert.. I'm only "outgoing" when I want to be. Once I've had my fill of being outgoing, I spend like 2 or 3 days after that being by myself as much as possible... besides well school and job. probably also why I enjoy online classes so much. It's always really cool when KZfaqrs tell their viewers quirky/ interesting facts about themselves. I love your channel. :)

I have scoliosis as well! My spine wasn't bad enough to have surgery though, but it has caused some problems as I've gotten older. It's an interesting time. I also TOTALLY relate to the being an introvert and only wanting attention on your terms-because that is me.

You being an introvert surprised me! I feel like me and a lot of other people think people who are introverted to be quiet and shy, but it makes sense that not all introverts are alike. I consider myself an introvert. I just need that time to myself to recharge, because being around people and "forcing" myself to talk sometimes tires me out! :)

omg I totally get you about being an introvert that likes attention but only when you want it. I'd much rather be at home alone or even go to Disney alone unless I'm with someone who will do their own thing or let me do what I wanna do

Can elaborate on your disliking of cheese and other creamy products??As far as your fear of Animatronics go....I totally feel you on that and I am pretty much the same for large and massive people looking objects(I'm only 4'7 standing),I will visibly turn white when around the King Kong ride/3D attraction.

I have so many of these that I relate to, but I am going to focus on the last one. No one believes me either because I am a total introvert but don't seem like it. It's because of how we get our energy. Extroverts get their energy around people, but for introverts people drain energy. That doesn't mean you can't be a shy extrovert or outgoing introvert. I learned this in high school when I took the Myer-Briggs test.

I got surgery for scoliosis too. My life has been so much easier for me now and I am very glad I got it done

The marh teacher one is suprisingly relatable. I love math so much and I really wanted to become a math teacher, but now I’m in Pre Calculus and Im like “yeah that’s never happening”

I have a fear of animatronics in the water, such as the ones on Jungle Cruise. I've literally had so many nightmares about somehow falling into the water with them being there and I wake up so stressed out. Otherwise, animatronics don't bother me too much unless they straight up look like a real human, but I totally get your phobia!

I'm the same way with the dark! I hate being home alone at night and have a ton of night lights.

My family also got the Wii as our first video game console in 2010.

I walk funny too! I actually walk on my tip toes, lol my heel never hits the floor, been that way all my life (so crazy) I also am terrified of being alone at night, it's the worst feeling ever.

Tweezing and knuckle cracking are soooo satisfying I feel ya I can't tweeze my brows (other than the strays in between and under my arch) otherwise I'll get in the zone and suddenly have no brows left at all 😭 I definitely had very unfortunate looking over plucked brows during highschool for that very reason... and I am totally a high functioning introvert all the way, I am 100% a chatty people person when I'm comfortable or "on" (like at my job or volunteering) but the second I start feeling uncomfortable I'm just done and there is nothing more satisfying than just hiding away in my room for a few hours not talking to anyone face-to-face while I recharge...

Totally agree with the nail polish thing! I also hate cheese (but I'm fine with milk and alfredo sauce), I also hate seafood! We also didn't own a video game console, we got a PS1 like WAY past it's time, to the point where you couldn't buy games for it. We had like two games that I played some, but other than that I know nothing about video games!

Since you love Disney so much, I highly recommend for getting into kore gaming, Kingdom Hearts. Is there anything better than visoting your favorite disney worlds and rescuing them from certain doom? In my opinion, no there is not. It's like being in the story and it's so so fun!

I definitely wouldn't have guessed introvert. I wish I could hire you just to do my eye brows daily! I hate doing it but have to tweeze them daily and it gets on my nerves lol. You seem quite gutsy, like bold and brave so its almost a surprise to hear you are afraid of things... like I know everyone is afraid of something but I almost imagined you just being like " I don't care" about things. I was actually terrified of mannequins as a kid and they still creep me out a little. I went to museums all the time & when they are behind glass or in a display, I was fine. Animatronics were fine for the same reason. But when there was no barrier in between me and them I was all 'nope, you should not be in touching distance. All the nope.' It's not so bad these days but has been replaced with severe character anxiety. Doesn't matter if it's a face or fur character, I get bad nervous around them. Something about interacting makes me feel like I'm embarrassing everyone or being made fun of.

Ghosts. Can't even deal. Yet looooooove haunted mansion. Good video.

If you don't like when your nail polish chips off try getting gel nail polish or a gel manicure. It stays on for a while!

I don't watch scary or creepy movies so I haven't had any fears of monsters or ghosts but I am terrified of someone breaking in my house. I actually stayed up all night last night and made my best friend come over to watch movies because my husband was working a graveyard shift haha! I have a slight fear of animatronics but I don't really know the specifics of which rides I'm ok with...I think o just don't like being close to them. Like the Pirates ride I'm fine with because they are far but the monsters inc ride they are RIGHT THERE and I'm not a fan. If a ride ever broke down and I had to walk out I would be TERRIFIED. Also, I'm an introvert too! I recently discovered that in the last couple years because I love attention and I can be outgoing...but i need to be alone to recharge because it drains my energy to be around people a lot. I've had scoliosis surgery, too! I've had two...one when I was 12, and the other when I was 15. I have two rods in my spine, and like 20 something(?) pins. But only my back is still pretty curved because my Dr focused more on preventing any further damage, rather than correcting it. =/ Blah. But I have the hot foot thing, too! Haha.

Sarah, I never knew you had scoliosis! I was diagnosed w/it when I was 6 and I had the same surgery five years ago. I'm 21 now and still get back spasms from it all, it's the worst 😣

People say I walk funny too. I dunno what it is but it's something in my lower right leg. There are some days where I can't even bend my knee properly. My doc says that one of my legs MIGHT be shorter than the other, but we don't know for sure. :/ And yes, home alone in the dark can be very...very...terrifying.

You and I already determined our twin status, but.... I have that introvert thing in common, I'm super shy and quiet around people I don't know/ don't have anything in common with but when you get me on a platform I'm comfortable with and or I know a bunch of people I'm super outgoing and loud, when I first meet people if they find out I do public speaking they are super surprised. Also apparently the name for it isn't extroverted introvert, it's Ambivert. The basic definition is "having characteristics of both an introvert and extravert".

Your phobia is easily within the same "family" as my phobia----Megalophobia. It's a fear of giant things (i.e. Statue of Liberty.) It also is a strange and unfortunate phobia to have in conjunction of being a Disney lover. There are a lot of giant things at the park (so glad the Sorcerer's Apprentice Hat is gone at Hollywood Studios!) We have multiple videos of me freaking out over seemingly harmless large structures. It's so bad that the Liberty Belle serves as a point of contention---really quite pathetic. To put it simply, I empathize with your distress....

hey Sarah, in the vlog you mentioned you were afraid to be alone (in combination if being in the dark) but, I wonder, don't you get spooked when you're alone then, when your introvert side is showing? Also, you could try cheese from the Netherlands. i can tell you it tastes totally different then american ones. The Live music surprised me though. But i can kinda see why too. the Animatronic thing I can see as well. While I don;t have the fear, Five Nights at Freddy's surely shows off their creepy side..

I have the same fear of the whole robot..human..animatronic thing. Like even anyone that talks about robots or future AI plans is just no. Get away from me. Please. Robots are terrifying and I do not wish to be a part of anything involving them. And I'm afraid of the dark too. My boyfriend almost had to work overnights (11am-6am) and I nearly cried...because I didn't want to be left home alone in the dark. It's that bad and I really hate it :s
