This has never happened in the history of man utd , that in just 4 months, that ineos has done to this club is totally calculated and executed to perfection. Come man utd.

I'm one of the patient Utd fans (being of a certain age and seeing us falter in the 70's and 80's), but these front office appointments are genuinely exciting!! We have a number of players we have to move on with our best wishes, however we should not expect this transfer window to be a 'spendfest'. The next three transfer windows however, will in my opinion, be a sea change in playing personnel. Please fans, get behind this change - it'll serve us in the long run.

Honestly Jim Radcliffe and INEOS have a genuine plan that will soon blossom and reflect positively on the pitch for United. I've been supporting Manchester United for well over two decades and I must say that I'm excited about the new Football operations structure INEOS are putting up. United will surely rise again to start competing for the EPL Title. United fans need to be patient because it's not going to happen overnight. We need to trust this particular process! One sign I'm already noticing is the fact that the new structure is not ready to buy players over their transfer market value. If Ed Woodward was still around, he would have gone ahead to pay £70M for Jarred Branthwaite! It's as clear as day that Branthwaite is NEVER worth that ridiculous amount Everton are demanding for. Its amazing just how significant football changes are made in just 4 months what Glazers didn’t, couldn’t, wouldn’t do in a decade. INEOS was obviously the diligent hardworking kid in class, while the Glazers were just those lazy, rich spoilt brats with a rich dad but clueless in life af.

2 problem still exists, medical department issues and debt. If these 2 are resolved then this club will finally become a giant.

Are we not hiring too many chefs to run the kitchen? It seems to me that there is an awful lot of overlap in the Wilcox and Vivell roles with Ashworth directly above them. I love that Ratcliffe is revamping the football department to finally turn the club into a truly professional outfit, but I hope we're not overcooking this revolution.

Hopefully player sales and signings are going to be starting very soon with Chris and Dan in place

I do not have any knowledge of how football structures should be like but i just hope that each personnel.have clear roles and responsibilities...any duplications or crossovers will lead to chaos and internal disputes.

The reason why Christopher Vivell is only the short term Recruitment Director is that they wanted Dougie Freedman for the role but he stayed on at Crystal Palace to be sporting director. He has really good credentials and this is another step in the right direction by INEOS.

if we are poaching transfer specialists it should be from brighton. you cant have missed the fact that chelsea have hired the entire brighton scouting and recruitment team and have been sniping their targets over the last two windows. when you find dimes like caicedo, mac allister, enciso etc etc for dirt cheap you know brighton have a well-oiled transfer machine.
