For the Mutton marination:
•Mutton(250g per pc) - 2.5kg
•Whole corriander seeds - 2tblspn
•Cumin seed - 2tblspn
•Whole Black Pepper - 2tblspn
•Salt - as needed
•Garlic - 4cloves
•Chilly flakes -1tspn
•Olive oil - 1/4cup
•Honey - 1.5tblspn
For the cooking:
•Sunflower oil - 1/4cup
•Onion (sliced) - 1onion
•Garlic - 4-5 (chopped)
•Cumin seed - 1tblspn
•Whole corriander seed - 1/2tblspn
•Whole Black pepper - 1/2 tblspn
•Cloves - 12
•Cinnamon sticks - 2-3
•Cardamom - 20
•Bay leaf - 3
•Dry lemon - 2
•Capsicum (sliced) - 1
•Green chilly - 5
•Long Basmati rice -
•Water - 1.5cup for 1cup rice

ഷെമീം ഇന്നലെ യെമനി കുക്ക് ചെയ്ത ചിക്കൻ മ ന്തി ഇന്നലെ ചെയ്തു. സൂപ്പർ ആയിട്ടുണ്ട് കഴിച്ചവർ പറഞ്ഞു .ഇതിന്റെ മണം തന്നെ മതി. അലൂമിനിയം ഫോയിലിൽ ഹോൾസ് ഇട്ടു തന്നെയാണ് ചെയ്തത്. പറയാതെ വയ്യ സൂപ്പർ തന്നെയാണ്.

Better option Cook lamb first idli chembu.then use same water cook rice as well. It's my suggestion only Thank you very much I tried your method to cook chicken mandi it turns well ,very much better way than my way of cooking.
