Disney Dreamlight Valley is a hybrid between a life-sim and an adventure game rich with quests, exploration, and engaging activities featuring Disney and Pixar friends, both old and new. You have to max out his friendship and do all of his friendship quest.

it's a little misleading cuz for all the friendship levels you reach you get the gift after the level-up screen, but for the last item, it'll unlock a quest that needs to be done and at the end of that quest you get the final item,

You get it from Merlin, get him to level 10 then do the quest for your watering can and he will give it to you

Not everyone who plays games like this is used to playing games. This is a Disney cozy game so many people who aren't used to gaming are picking it up simply because it's disney.
